My Mother has been a resident at Thameside for over 2 years. Thameside is a lovely care home with lovely caring staff. The residents are treated with care and compassion as well as lots of good humour and many, many smiles. Both the Manager and Assistant Manager have an open door policy and without fail address any issues raised with them, however small. Mums behaviour was challenging but was always treated with kindness and good humour. Over the last two and a bit years, I have never seen any resident be coerced or treated with disrespect. The home has super, helpful receptionists and lovely admin staff, all of whom are welcoming. Thameside has a happy atmosphere and is light and bright. Well done Thameside. Thank you all for your hard work, care and humanity.

My Dad was a resident at Thameside for seven years and was part of their family - they loved him. Amazing care given throughout (including COVID). The whole team really do care about their residents and provide great personal care, food, activities in a clean and safe environment. My mind was always at rest knowing Dad was in the best place/care. They initially took time to find out about Dad's interests, football, so installed a goalpost in the garden for him. From early stage to advanced Alzheimer's Dementia he was cared for extremely well. The home also has a good service from the local doctor and has relevant connections with a hairdresser, optician, chiropodist etc. I would highly recommend Thameside and thank the manager, deputy manager and the team for making the past seven years comfortable and happy for Dad.

A wonderful welcome for my auntie from the very professional reception and administration teams, the carers who are always available, kind and helpful and the management team who have clearly instilled a culture of care, support and professionalism. Many thanks to everyone.

Although the care staff were generally superb the last 3 months of my wife's life were made much more difficult by decisions made concerning her mobility, this despite representations being made by me.

A wonderful kind and caring ethos runs throughout Thameside. The rooms are spotlessly clean with en-suite facilities and the food is excellent, plentiful and nutritious. The care is second to none, every care assistant provides time, hugs and companionship on top of their normal duties with cheerful smiles too. Indeed, every member of staff here cares deeply for the residents' well-being, and nothing is too much trouble. Entertainment, quizzes and activities take place all the time and everyone is invited and helped to join in. We're so relieved to have found this care home for my husband's care. For the first time in years, we can relax knowing he is safe and in excellent hands.

My husband was admitted here five months ago. My whole view of the home is very friendly, very kind staff and very caring. I find the home extremely supportive, cannot need more or say more, excellent home, 100 per cent perfect in all ways.

My mother was very well cared for at Thameside. Every member of staff, be it the manager, team leaders, carers, housekeepers or cleaners, treated her with care and respect. During the last days of her life, she and our family were shown so much love, and she was afforded dignity and care to the highest level. Above all, she was happy at Thameside. The wonderful staff there made her time there enjoyable and even fun!

My mum was a resident of Thameside from August 2020 until she passed away in June 2024, I have to say we have been very happy with Mum's care at the home and more importantly she was happy. The staff have always been friendly and caring, if we ever had any concerns the staff were quick to respond. Mum went in during covid so very hard saying goodbye at the door and it was well over a year before we saw her room but the staff were excellent in working within the rules so that we saw Mum whether being behind a screen, in the garden, even through an intercom with me in the garden and mum inside. The home is very clean, nice and bright and lots going on from themed days to various entertainment plus arts and crafts. Food good and always a choice in the dining room. Showing how much they care, in mum's last days staff who were even on leave came in to say goodbye. I would definitely recommend the home.

My mum moved to Thameside in March of this year unexpectedly, we hadn't planned on needing to have her in a care home. Since the day I went to check it out, I knew it was the right place. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and helped my Mum settle into a situation that she wasn't prepared for at all.

Absolutely faultless from day one up to my mother's last days. The manager and another staff member have assembled a wonderful team. A happy staff, well trained and all fully aware of the needs of the residents. A real family atmosphere. The accommodation is spotless, the social areas well used, and the meals and regular snacks (pastries and fruits) excellent. I would recommend Thameside unreservedly.

My mother became a resident at Thameside Molesey last year, it is amazing! Every time I visit her the staff are friendly and welcoming. The care they show to the residents is lovely. There are sing-a-longs, quizzes, games, etc. The rooms are beautiful. The food is good and my mother has put on weight. The staff greet me by name and sometimes a hug! They communicate any worries quickly.

My cousin has been in Thameside for over a year. Happy there from the first day. My family and I visit when possible, and each time we have received pleasure and joy from all the staff. My cousin is well looked after, everywhere is nice, having own bathroom is excellent.

Mother had been residing with Thamside for approx 10 months before her recent passing. As a family, we have been pleased with the service provided to our mother in that time. Special mention to the support we have had since our mother recently passed away. Staff were particularly helpful, supportive and sympathetic in offering condolences.

On arriving at Thameside, I immediately felt very at home, the staff are amazing and will go above and beyond to reassure you and make you feel comfortable. The managers are amazing and are always there should you need them.

Thamside Care Home is a home-from-home. It is run by an admirable management team whose ethos and philosophy of respect and caring are displayed by every member of their staff. It is a warm, bright and inviting place full of kind, friendly, caring and helpful personnel. My husband went into the home for three weeks of respite, and he settled so well that he is staying for longer. The food is delicious, and the dining room is warm and cosy. The bedroom with ensuites is spotlessly clean; in fact, the whole place is a testament to its rigorous attention to detail by an amazing, hardworking team led by an inspirational management team.

The staff and management at Thameside do the most wonderful job taking care of my mother. They are kind and attentive, and nothing is ever too much trouble. My mum loves them all, and I am confident that she is receiving the best care possible. The home itself is well kept and very clean and a pleasant place to be. The activities seem varied and the residents are often in the middle of something when I turn up to visit, I don't want to interrupt! In all, Thameside has made the very difficult decision of placing my mum into a care home much easier. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

On entering Thameside care home it was like a 'breath of fresh air'. The management, admin team and staff are very approachable, helpful and very friendly. The setting inside was calming, clean and tidy. My father-in-law has settled into his new home exceptionally well and as a family all feel so much happier that he is settled, well looked after and cared for. They really do cater for his needs, the attention to detail is very impressive. We would highly recommend this care home, especially knowing your loved one is in a safe, secure environment and looked after. He is very happy and that in itself makes a huge difference. Thank you, Thameside for all your support.

My mother has resided at Thameside for almost two years. Very happy with the care she receives. The carers are always so helpful and go above and beyond to help the residents feel comfortable and cared for. The managers and team leaders are always approachable, open to suggestions and willing to do all they can to make the residents stay better.

From the moment we walked through the doors at Thameside, we were blown away by the warmth and care that greeted us. We were flooded with relief I felt very reassured leaving my father. We knew instinctively he was in safe hands. Bright, clean rooms which are well-maintained makes the world of difference. A special thank you to staff for making a difficult time easier. The difference in my father is remarkable and that's thanks to you all.
