View Full Details of WhitebourneThe level of care the team offer is extraordinary. Staff are so caring and compassionate; gentle and kind with the wellbeing of residents being paramount. My grandmother is always clean and her accommodation tidy, she is very happy here. The staff as a whole are a credit to Care UK, and I am convinced that if she were not so cared for and loved, she may not be with us now.
If I ever need to be in a home I would like it to be this. My mother gets exceptional care and love from the staff - no matter what day or time I visit she always looks clean and happy, and her room is always very clean. The food she gets looks good enough to eat.
My nan has settled really well in Whitebourne. The experience has been amazing. All staff and management are wonderful and communicate really well. I cannot thank them enough for everything they do.
It's wonderful to know my partner of fifty years is being cared for so well and that I am made so welcome when I come to visit him.
I have found that, since my father has been at Whitebourne, the staff, especially the team leaders, have been wonderful - very caring and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. I can't thank them enough for their care and support. My father is treated with dignity and respect.
I was here for one week and found all the staff really nice, always smiling and ready to help.
When I visit Mum, she is always happy. I love the way the staff are with the residents. Lots of smiles and attention. There is a happy buzz in the dining room. I leave knowing that she is safe, happy and well.
My experience of this care home is very favourable. The general age of the people indicates a high proportion of mental illnesses i.e. dementia is prevalent, however the staff are well-equipped to care for them. The food and the catering is excellent, 3 meals per day and a good variety is available. There is a good selection of activities i.e. trips to local supermarkets and the beach and also a summer fete was very successful.
My mum recently moved into Whitebourne, prior to her moving in she spent several days feeling the environment to make sure she was comfortable with all the surroundings and facilities. I can only say that the staff and management are absolutely fantastic, committed and warm to all my mum's needs and the level of care has not dropped with my family being welcomed with warmth and management available at all times. To sum it up, my mum is a happier person and enjoying life again! Thank you.
This care home is a wonderful place for the elderly. My mother-in-law has been in Whitebourne just over 4 years and when my mum needed a care home I was in no doubt that this was the place for her. The staff are attentive to both residents and their family members. They are always happy and willing to help. This, I'm sure is largely due to the excellent management team. The manager is always around and greets all residents and guests with a smile, nothing seems to be too much trouble. All care homes should be like Whitebourne.
Good service will use again.
My mother has been in Whitebourne for a few years now and we have seen changes in staff and management. The current manager and staff are simply brilliant and I am very happy with the care my mother is getting.
The care and staff were very good and listened but my mother who is 101 years old was unnerved by dementia patients coming in her room.
My uncle stayed at Whitebourne for 2 weeks and he was treated like a King by the staff and the manager. Everyone is caring and kind and compassionate. The place is clean. Keep up the outstanding work - the manager and the team.
Wonderful, such a wonderful time with amazing care all the time. Fantastic company, with such great care.
My husband stayed here for respite. Very well looked after and he enjoyed his stay in the home, even arranged for his covid booster. Manager is very nice and polite. The place is very well managed, clean and tidy and offered a variety of activities. Will definitely choose for future respite stay. Thank you to one staff member in particular and the team.
One of the best care homes Whitebourne, Frimley. The staff and in particular the care home manager are real gems. They were really helpful and gave the best services to my dad. I wish I could use names to highlight the individuals who were always the best, smiley and down-to-earth. Please pay my special gratitude to the care home manager - he was amazing.
Since my father was placed in the Frimely Care Home, his health has been slowly declining. However, the good care and attention given by staff, has enabled him to regain some of his previous functions. There is always a very good update from all the staff on his day and nobody seems to be short of time to explain. Their presence is constant and it always appears they have everyone's best interest at heart. My initial opinion is that I'm really comfortable Dad will be looked after extremely well. His recent pneumonia case in point.
My husband has been at the care home for a few weeks and in that time has been treated incredibly well! A manager who is available at any time and an incredible team of carers, team leaders, office staff and housekeeping - all lovely caring people, also the local doctor, who comes in on a weekly basis and is superb. They are also there for our whole family.
