View Full Details of Rosebery House Residential HomeMy Nan spent the last year and 5 months of her life in Rosebery House. The compassion and care shown to my Nan and all our family members who visited regularly was wonderful. All of the staff are hard-working, cheerful, kind and very caring. My Nan was extremely happy at Rosebery House as were we as a family. Thank you all so much.
My mother (who is 96 and has Alzheimer's) went to Roseberry House for 3 weeks respite. She loved the home and said several times she would be quite happy to go there as a permanent resident. She said the staff were all friendly and very respectful to her, she has not been in respite before and was a bit nervous but she was really happy there. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
It was important that we found the perfect care home for my uncle in his twilight years - he was 100 years old in January! I have had experience with many homes for my elderly relations over the last 25 years and have learnt what is the most important thing to look for. It is simply the staff! In the short period my uncle has been at Rosebery House we have met the owner, the supervisors and many of the carers. They all showed concern for my uncle's well-being and worked tirelessly to see that all the residents were cared for. We made a number of requests and feel confident that they will be met. This is a wonderful home in a brilliant location for wheelchair excursions through the local park. I can totally recommend it without any reservations.
I don’t think as a family we could have found a better care home for my Dad. The staff are wonderful, welcoming and friendly showing care and dignity to residents. The residents all seem content. The home has a nice feel. The food is nutritious and nicely presented. When I leave my Dad I have absolutely no concerns over his care and would highly recommend this home.
It’s such a relief to have my mother cared for by the Rosebery House Residential Home team. The staff are all friendly, caring and approachable. The food is lovely and there’s choice, and it’s prepared according to the changing needs of my mother. The home is clean and fresh smelling and it’s a pleasant environment to visit.
Having not been able to go inside Rosebery House because of lockdown for the past year, it's difficult to comment but the staff have always been helpful and accommodating on the phone. I have been advised of any medical matters and any changes being made with reference to Mum's care. During the last month, weekly visits have resumed and the staff have been very helpful and have adhered to Covifd rules. The staff work very hard.
My Grandad has been thoroughly looked after whilst being a resident at Rosebery House. All of the staff have been so kind and caring. The manager and assistant manager have been exceptional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rosebery House to anyone looking for a residential home for their loved one.
I find the manager, and his team of carers very helpful, and easy to get on with.
I was very impressed by the care and cleanliness of the rooms as they have been designed specifically to help with the healing of the patients and residents and to ensure that they are able to recover and improve as best as possible. They also seem very comfortable and home-like.
Outstanding service. Took very good care of my grandparents. I could tell my grandparents were enjoying their time in the care home. There was a wide range of activities in the care home. A lovely care home, definitely recommended.
I cannot praise the staff enough. They are wonderful. They do their job with care and dignity. There is always someone there to talk to you on the phone.
Rosebery House is by far the most lovely care home I've entered! The staff are outstanding, they're all kind, caring and compassionate! The home itself is beautiful both inside and out. The new manager is honestly the best manager I could of hoped to talk to about the care given and running of the home, put my mind at rest and I knew I had nothing to worry about. They have a lovely chef that caters amazing food to your liking! The outside area is beautiful. My relative was free to roam around and do as he pleases and carers were also right there to assist him when he needed it. The home was always spotless when I came to visit odour free! I was always greeted with warm smiles and a cup of tea too! All in all, there are no faults with this home I could not be happier with the staff, manager and cook. I would like to thank all of them for their incredible work.
This home is bright and clean and modern. There are no nasty odours. The food is good, tasty and nutritional and plentiful. The staff are exceptional, kind and caring and go above and beyond the call of duty. They are also very understanding to the relatives as well as the residents. I would wholeheartedly recommend this home to anyone who needs this type of care for especially an elderly relative or one with Alzheimer's or similar problems. Access for disabled visitors is also top rate.
