View Full Details of Royal Garden HotelWe could not have been treated any better - every member of staff have been so helpful and have made the time to speak to us. We both feel much better now but know it will not be too long before we come back for another holiday.
Mum had to go in for respite on short notice and the Royal Garden took her in, made her feel at home, and looked after her superbly. All the staff was attentive and respectful, she was in for over two weeks in the end and loved her stay thank you very much.
I was in for 12 days respite care which I have done before. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is well presented and my special requests were followed.
My stay was marred by having to take painkillers, the result of abuse at the retirement complex in which I live and have done so for many years. I had hoped this would not be necessary as the two locations are around twelve miles apart. Even so as can be seen below I was delighted with the hotel. The view, the quality of the food, subtitles on the TV and all rooms luxury. If that were not enough a member of staff observed I had a slow puncture and rectified the problem on my motor car! Quite wonderful that such a hotel exists for the elderly.
Grandparent has just spent a lovely 2-week respite stay at the Royal Garden Hotel. Lovely room with en-suite and private balcony overlooking the sea. Lovely daily menu with a variety of meals to cater for all.
Having been discharged from hospital on the 9/08/2023, I needed to convalesce and decided on the Royal Garden Hotel. It was a wonderful hotel. The staff were superb and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent food. Couldn't fault anything. Well done, Royal Garden Hotel.
I've put from January 2023 as my mother in law went into The Royal Garden Hotel as respite for two weeks, the staff were absolutely marvellous in looking after her and making sure she had her medication on time, which led to a speedy recovery. Fortunately a 2 bedroom flat within the hotel became available and she moved in there after the two weeks. She really loves it and she gets the utmost care and respect. The staff are just amazing, nothing is too much trouble. She says the food is excellent with a very good balanced diet. We were able to move a lot of her things from her house to the flat to make her feel like it's her home. She has made friends within the home and is also now able to go out for a walk along the beach. Without a doubt she is very very happy there. Thank you to the director and all his team.
The Royal Garden Residential Hotel is situated in a lovely location, right opposite Marine Gardens and the sea. The rooms are a good size with en-suite facilities, and the view from the lounge on the 3rd floor is fantastic with a panoramic view of the sea. It is a family concern, and the care and kindness of the staff are very good.
Royal Gardens is an excellent care home offering independence to its residents within a safe and supervised environment. It ably bridges the gap between independent living and a fully supervised arrangement. Having viewed many organisations it is the only place in the local area that I would have considered for my father.
We are very pleased with the service offered by the Royal Garden Hotel. The staff are very friendly, and they have got to know our father well. He likes to chat and joke with the staff, and they are always helpful. The simple but important things like haircuts and foot care seem to be easy to arrange. The managers are always helpful too in arranging transport to outside appointments. We feel sure that our father is getting the best care possible.
My mother has been a resident for over three years. She is very comfortable living there. Her room is always clean and tidy. The room has a window low enough for her to sit and look out over the park and sea. The food seems to be of a good quality with lots of variety and choice. On the whole the staff are friendly and very helpful.
Staff are always so kind and considerate towards my parents, and nothing is too much trouble. They are always treated with the utmost respect. This is a family-run retirement home. My parents are extremely happy here, feel at home and are well looked after.
An excellent home. All staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The premises are always clean and tidy. Individual care is given to residents making their stay very comfortable. All rooms are clean and kept to a high standard, making residents feel at home and at ease.
My parents both reside at Royal Garden Hotel and have done for the last 18 months. The care and attention they receive are unbelievable, and both they and we could not have made a better choice. It is truly a home from home with all the stresses of managing your life in later years removed. It also provides peace of mind for the family to know that they are safe and well cared for. Thank you all at Royal Garden Hotel.
