View Full Details of Alan Atchison Residential Services - Augusta CloseVery good, very helpful. My daughter is happy.
My sister has been a resident at Augusta Close since 2009. She is very happy there and very well looked after by very caring staff. It feels like a family home and I am always made to feel very welcome when I visit.
My son tells me and his family how happy he is living here, he appears settled and content. I appreciate the opportunities that have been arranged for him to attend the industrial hub and city college, giving his days purpose and interest. I feel that I have really good relationships with the staff team and they have been very supportive throughout his recent illness. I feel that he receives help and guidance when needed with everyday tasks. He enjoys a very good variety of meals and enjoys telling me enthusiastically about the coming week's menu! I am very satisfied with the care and support my son receives.
My sister seems to have had a good year and been well supported. Her mental health seems to have stabilised during this last year. She is going out a lot more and this is obviously helping her. She seems happier and now has a great interest in gardening and also the pets. It's very nice to see her enjoying her life and being independent, thank you to all the staff.
The care that is given to my cousin and all those there is exemplary, nothing is too much trouble which is very gratifying.
Overall, the care is good - there have been some problems but hopefully, they have been sorted now. Friendly place to visit and all residents seem happy and well. No complaints.
The best thing about this residential home is the fabulous staff and the consistency of those staff. The lovely, caring attitude of the staff makes it feel like a proper home. My son loves living there.
My house is lovely and the staff are so brilliant and I have lived in the same house for twenty-seven years and I would not move for the world. The staff are great, they keep us safe. I have turned my life around with the help and encouragement from the staff. I look on them all as my family.
The care home has a cosy, homely feel with very caring staff. They communicate very well with my son and us, parents.
My brother is well cared for. He is very happy there. He has moved to a downstairs bedroom for ease, so he does not have to use stairlifts any more. He is constantly being checked on by staff. He is taken out every day for a ride in his care. Staff are all friendly and helpful.
Very satisfied with my daughter's care and conditions in the home. Most importantly for myself and my family, she is happy and content.
Being treated with dignity and respect by others and going out with staff doing shopping and nice walks. Kept safe from covid-19
The staff look after us well, take us out shopping, I love to do this. They take me to see my family and to visit my mum's grave.

My daughter is very happy here. She gets on well with all the staff. She has one to one with one of the staff once a week. The staff know her well and sort out any worry she has.
