View Full Details of Beauchamp HouseMy mother has been a resident in this home approx a year now. Her 24hr care has been provided in a professionable and thoughtfull manner. The home is quite a freindly place with activities provided to suit those with enhanced care residents mixing with the upper floor residents. We as a family get on well with management, floor staff and residents alike. Small areas of concern have been, length of time toilets were out of order. My mother's mid week shower or bath being implemented.
My husband was well looked after and cared for. Excellent staff, so helpful. He enjoyed his stay
The staff in general have empathy with the residents. Medication given at correct time and amount. Are usually busy but still able to spare some time to converse with residents. Choice of food is varied and adequate portions given, also to residents that need a specific nutrition diet. Help people who are physically and/or mentally impaired and also they react swiftly to anyone who has difficulty socialising. Any problems are usually sorted out promptly.
My mother-in-law has been in Beauchamp House since January and settled really well. Loves the company of carers and other residents as was very lonely at home.
My grandparents are really enjoying their stay here. The fantastic, caring staff make them feel loved and safe. I hope they enjoy many more months in this fantastic setting. The staff are always welcoming when I go to visit.
My elderly cousin spent the last 2 years of her life at Beauchamp House. She was exceptionally well looked after and had a very comfortable small, warm, clean room to live in. The staff were always kind and attentive and managed superbly in very difficult circumstances. I was always well informed as to issues relating to my cousin and I was always so grateful for the kindness shown to my cousin when she was not very easy to care for. She certainly was extremely lucky to have been able to live there and I am eternally grateful for the care and kindness she was shown there.
It took me some time to settle down in my new home, Am happy I can see my wife every day. Looked after by such lovely people.
The staff are always very friendly and welcoming when you go to visit. They all work extremely hard, looking after the residents.
My aunt is very happy in Beauchamp House staff, friendly and helpful at all visits. Always notified of any problems when they arrive. The private room my aunt had on arrival was very small. Just adequate for her needs. When now in the social services room. Larger and better outlook to gardens and beyond. Have no regrets in my aunt being here. No complaints.
As I cannot walk at the moment because of ulcerated legs, I have to use a wheelchair so I am very pleased with all the help I get to go to the toilet and to bed. Thanks to everybody. I love you all.
From day one of my aunt being a resident here, I have been very happy that she settled in very well. The staff are all very friendly, and there are often lovely activities for the residents to do.
My husband has been in Beauchamp House for a year. I have always found the staff very helpful, caring and understanding to my husband and also to myself., they are all very dedicated and care so much. It would be really helpful to have lots of photographs and comments for families to talk about with their loved ones, to help visitors have topics to talk about during visits. I have been very grateful for all the loving care that my husband receives from you all.
A very welcoming atmosphere. The staff are very friendly but very professional at all times. I enjoy being welcomed by my first name by all of them. Above all else, they are all very caring individuals and I know that my brother who is physically very able but has minor learning difficulties is very well looked after. The home is always very clean and bright.
My mother lived in Beauchamp House for nearly two years. She and the family were always treated with so much care, kindness and happiness. The weeks and days before she passed, I can say were surrounded with dignity and love.
I moved my mum into Beauchamp House in April 2022 because of her Dementia and the care she needed. From the first visit, I felt like it was home. 6 months on and mum needs so much additional care and none of it is too much trouble. They have such empathy not only with the residents but also have been there to help me too when it gets too much and I need to either cry or just talk. I can visit anytime day or night which is not an option in most homes which means I can see mum as much as I want. I cannot praise this home, or its staff enough. Outstanding.
My dad was booked to go to Beauchamp House for respite after a short spell in hospital. All the staff were very caring and dedicated to their job. The staff were so supportive to me and my family at a difficult time and always had time to talk to me when I had any worries about Dad's health. The staff clearly enjoy their job and treated Dad with respect and dignity. I would highly recommend Beauchamp House.
The care my husband received during his short stay was excellent. The staff were very caring and thoughtful and did their best to make him as comfortable as possible. They were also kind to me and helped me through a very difficult time.
Staff and management were very kind and helpful. I felt my mum was in very safe hands. Thank you.
My mum is happy living in this care home. She is able to remain independent but is fully aware that there is always a wonderful member of staff there to assist her if needed. The staff are always helpful and friendly when I visit.
My husband who has dementia seemed happy and content when I visited. The staff were always friendly and attentive. The residents were clean and looked well cared for and when exhibiting somewhat challenging behaviours were attended to with a calm and caring fashion. The food according to my husband was good (he is a bit of a foodie) and the atmosphere generally was warm and welcoming.
