View Full Details of The Coach HouseMy Brother was well dressed and groomed giving him a much more positive approach which we could talk about. He is engaged by staff and all efforts are made to maximise the activities he can be involved in.
My husband is shown a great deal of respect and kindness considering how difficult he is, this care home, in my opinion, is a top leader as 27 other care homes rejected him.
I have visited on several occasions and have found the staff always helpful and attentive to my friend as they are with all the residents.
I have found all the staff at The Coach House helpful and always keep us informed about the person's welfare. He seems really well-fed and clean. Although we know he can sometimes be difficult, the staff care for him very satisfactorily.
My partner has been a resident at The Coach House for a few weeks now. I visit him three times a week and he always appears happy and content. His appearance is always clean-looking and tidy. The staff are always extremely welcoming and friendly. They call me by my first name and always alert and caring with all of the residents. Always approachable re any concerns that I might have. Plenty of entertainment available i.e. bingo, music, arts and crafts. Myself and my partner's family are extremely happy with all aspects of care.
Always kept informed if Mum has seen a doctor or change of drugs. Mum is always clean and tidy. Lots of facilities for residents, indoor bowls, music group weekly. Different occasions like easter for example they encourage residents to make cards and cakes. Hairdresser if wanted, plus lady paints the residents' nails, they do a good job. Also, I take my dog in sometimes, she is used as a pat dog, and residents love her. Staff always ready to speak with you. In the summer they organised a small minibus and took the residents who were well enough for an outing to Marmouth Beach where they all had coffee cake and ice cream. They are amazing, the management and staff. Feel my mum is sage and in the best place.
The home is warm, comfortable and very clean. The staff are immensely kind and compassionate. I have felt they all care for me, my family and my husband. They are always kind and try always to find out how we are coping. A drink is always offered and a hug where needed. The home is exceptionally spacious with lovely quiet areas.
My sister has been a resident at The Coach House for eight months. I have found the staff to be caring and thoughtful taking the time to get to know my sister well. They treat her with dignity and respect her wishes wherever possible. There is a programme of activities in which residents are encouraged and enabled to take part. The staff are very good at keeping me informed and seeking any views on my sisters' care.
I find the home is a safe and comfortable place for my mum to live in. The staff are wonderful, I know my mum is cared for with dignity. I am kept informed about my mum's well-being and there is good communication with the home and myself.
Dad is being well looked after. I can talk to staff and management quite happily about Dad and addresses any concerns with them and know they'll do their best to resolve these as soon as possible. No complaints.
I find the home very good in every way. Clean and never smells and the staff are very helpful. My husband is always clean, well fed and looks very healthy.
My family and I were very grateful for the kindness and care of my husband. The place was warm and clean everywhere and the staff were wonderful and kind. We never worried about leaving him there. The staff always take care of us, as a family.
Since my mother was moved to The Coach Hosue, she has improved in herself and seems a lot more comfortable and settled, and I am happy with the care she is receiving.
The staff at The Coach House are all very helpful towards myself and my friend, who is being taken care of after a stroke. There is always a relaxed atmosphere and lots of staff around. It is clean and tidy and the other service users all look well cared for.
Excellent service. The staff are very friendly and caring.
Mum had very severe dementia when she arrived at The Coach House. Throughout her stay, I was truly amazed at the compassion and thoughtfulness of the staff. An organisation can be judged by the attitude of the staff and this place ranks exemplary. I was frankly in awe of the kindness and patience even when Mum was being a touch awkward. (Very) To be honest no one wants their relative to need a place like this but thank goodness they are here and so very good. It meant so much to know Mum was safe and cared for. Mum died very peacefully at the Coach House. They phoned me to say she was going and I was able to be there to see her go. Then, as I had learned to expect, they were as kind and thoughtful towards me as they had been towards Mum. I will always remember the positive way they approached her final months. Thanks to all the Staff.
A very well run care home by all members of the staff. It is clean and welcoming. Residents seem to be well cared for and content. I appreciate being able to visit regularly and am always made to feel welcome. The staff respond to any problems professionally and are always available to talk through any problems that may have occurred and I am always kept up to date with his medical needs and progress.
So far very good. Staff are very good, easy to talk to and always nice to you. When you turn up, everyone seems to have time for you and the people in their care. The place is well-staffed.
When I go to visit my father in The Coach House Nursing Home, the staff do their very best to make you feel involved and are very friendly. The building is kept very clean. The staff do whatever they can to keep the residents happy and mobile. I thank them as they take care of my father.
Very happy with all of the home and great staff.
