Mum is really happy at Park House. She has made friends and gets on very well with all the staff. They like her too. She enjoys the singing and trips to events, especially the Remembrance Day service and summer fireworks.

Outstanding care throughout, especially when the fan of a particular American singer "left the building". I cannot recommend the staff at Park House enough, caring every step of the way. Thank you all.

Absolutely fantastic staff, so kind and helpful. Witness an incident recently and they reacted perfectly to it and saved the gentleman's life. I have no issues with any of the staff here at all and feel confident my mum is in really good hands.

Amazing staff and outstanding care to all residents. Recently experienced a situation at the home and the manager and team dealt with it outstandingly well, the situation could've been so very different for the resident.

Due to my wife's serious dementia, she can be difficult to deal with sometimes but the staff at Park House are very good at calming her down and reassuring her. At one time a few months ago there was talk of moving her to another home more appropriate for her condition, anyhow she was loved to a quieter room upstairs and I am glad she remains at Park House.

Putting my mum into a care home was something I thought I'd never do as she's been permanently living with us for the past 3 years. Unfortunately, her health deteriorated and she has now been placed into this beautiful home. The Park House is truly lovely, the staff are so kind, warm, overall amazing, can't do enough to make her feel more at home. She now has company as living at ours and with myself working I realise how lonely and long her days must have been. She's literally ten minutes away from us now so all my time I spend with her is quality rather than constant caring for her I feel we lost our mother-daughter relationship due to the stress of trying to balance working and caring for her. I truly believe it's a team of good people who truly care that makes this home so beautiful. Thank you all, not only have you made Mum's life so much better and warmer as our house was freezing and she's loving the heat you have made me realise there are good homes out there. Thank you all.

Grandad has been at Park House for 2 years. I have always found the staff to treat him with dignity and kindness, even during some tricky times when grandad has experienced some challenging behaviour. They have shown understanding that grandad cannot be held accountable for his behaviour and appropriately sought outside help. The food is very good. I like that they ask grandad in person what he would like. I am impressed at how clean and fresh grandad and his room look on every visit. Grandad is happy and well cared for so I am happy too.

I have felt very safe and welcomed into the group. All the staff are very kind and helpful. I enjoy the food, the entertainment and sitting outside when I can. The activities were good at times but there are less now that I can do due to my failing eyesight.

My grandfather is being treated with the best care, patience and understanding. The staff have been lovely and supportive. The manager has been amazing. Grandad is getting excellent care. Very grateful to them all at such a difficult time. Thank you.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and will always do anything to make you smile. Since our friend has been at this care home, he has become extremely happy and is definitely a changed person. If I could, I would definitely live in a care home like this when I reach that age. You could not ask for better staff members.

Came to visit a BBQ, staff are very friendly, food and drink all excellent. Staff couldn't do enough for you. The resident we visited is very happy and changed for the better.

My husband was in for respite for 2 weeks. His experience was lovely. He's not the most accommodating person but settled in after a few days. He has a very good appetite and was given extra portions. On the whole, I was satisfied with his care and aftercare as we are welcome to pop in any time for a cuppa.

My dear friend has been in the care home for just over a week now, he is happy and content and he wants to stay permanently. The staff are marvellous, always there when needed and nothing is too much trouble for them. I have on occasion been here at meal times and am impressed by the meals given to patients. The whole home is spotlessly clean, it's such a welcoming care home, and this home is one amazing place.

We have been to visit today and yesterday, I'm very impressed with the staff and the high standard of this care home. Well presented and very clean and tidy. Residents all seemed really happy and enjoying their lunch meals. My father-in-law was made to feel very welcome by all the staff even the chef came to say hello. He had a jacket potato with cheese and beans. Both of our meals were to a very high standard. (My father-in-law has come in for a rest and hopefully staying).

As the son of a resident at this exceptional care home, I am delighted to share my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding care my dad receives here. From the very beginning (23/05), we have been impressed by the friendly and attentive staff, who go above and beyond to ensure that every need is met. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them and their dedication is truly remarkable. The care home itself is immaculate, with a level of cleanliness that rivals any quality hotel. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a place where residents can feel truly at home while enjoying the comforts and services of a top-quality establishment. My dad's happiness and well-being have significantly improved since he moved here, and I couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful care and support he receives. This care home has far exceeded our expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will be treated with the utmost care and respect.

A very happy home with kind, caring staff who treat all the residents with respect and dignity, as if they were family members. Mum has called Park House her home for six years and is very happy and contented. She says 'tick excellent for every box'.
