View Full Details of Rebecca CourtRight from the day I contacted the home we were dealt with respect and professionalism by the management and when my Mum was in respite care at home the staff were all very helpful in every aspect whatever their function was in the organisation. My mum was looked after with respect and dignity. I thoroughly recommend Rebecca Court for all forms of care.
My father was a resident here, the manager and care team were excellent in providing care and support to my father. As a family, we are grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown and reassurance.
My mother was very well looked after here. The staff were professional, caring and understanding. They were very sympathetic to her needs.
My dad has been at Rebecca Court for just over a year. When he arrived he was very frail and weighed just under 7 stone with their excellent care he is 9 Stone 3 and has got his spark back. His original room was terribly small but he is now in a light and airy room with a lovely window.
All the staff are very helpful and friendly with a very pleasant atmosphere.
I have found Rebecca Court to be extremely welcoming and very well-run. All members of staff have been very helpful and very kind to my mum and all the residents that I have witnessed them interacting with during my visits. I have found the bedrooms to be a bit on the small side, but that is not something that is the fault of the home, just the building.
Rebecca Court was very welcoming and my relative settled well. When phoning the staff were very helpful. My relative is very happy to stay in his room and not join in with other residents/activities. The care and support given was good. My relative would've liked to shower (with help) and although offered to him, as it was upstairs, it wasn't taken up. Overall, I would be happy to use Rebecca Court for respite.
My dear mum recently passed peacefully away at Rebecca Court on 16th December 2022. I want to thank and praise all staff for their loving care of her. Mum had been a resident there for 14 months and had been very happy. I got to know the staff very well and regarded them as friends. They were also very kind and understanding to me. Thank you all so much.
My husband spent a week at Rebecca Court in order to take part in the holiday we were spending in Norfolk is very disabled following two serious strokes, side paralysis, aphasia, loss of speech and continence - so needed a range of equipment, and the care delivered allowed some respite for me! We were very impressed by the contacts prior to our visits to liaise, re every aspect of care, medication, routine etc. The welcome and genuine interest in him, the happy atmosphere among staff and residents and general competence we all wonderful.
Rebecca Court is an example of what superb care was like. All the staff are kind, professional and care delivered to residents and their families, I am so impressed with all aspects of care. There is always a smiling face, kind words and an understanding ear for residents and family. Well done everyone - Norse should be very proud of you; a shining example of teamwork and dedication. Thank you.
I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone at Rebecca Court for looking after my mum before, during and after the Pandemic. At times my mum has been extremely poorly due to Covid 19 related complications and I truly believe it is due to the outstanding bravery, time and genuine care all the staff have given her since day one she is still with us today. My mum is a keen Royalist and nothing makes me happier for my mum to have been here to witness the Platinum Jubilee. Thank you Keep up the good work.
My dad was a resident at Rebecca Court for the past 4 years and during this time he made many friends. Rebecca Court supported us as a family to build new bonds and happy memories. Many of these were during his last few weeks. Even with Covid restrictions, they supported us as a family to spend those last precious moments with Dad. I know I have lost my dad but have made many friends at Rebecca Court, staff and residents. They are all amazing.
I am extremely satisfied with the wonderful management and staff at Rebecca Court. I have been living in South Africa and have only managed to have a few short visits with my late mum. These visits have always been so joyful as I saw how my mum was being so well looked after by the wonderful staff members there and the management. In her final days, I could not be there(due to Covid) but was really happy with the compassionate and caring way that the staff kept me informed and were always available to her. They were by her bedside when she passed so was not alone. This was so important to me. My mum loved the staff there, so I must say a heartfelt thank you to everyone at Rebecca Court. I could not have wished for a better place.
Our father spent the last two years of his life at Rebecca Court. We cannot praise highly enough the standard of care that he received throughout his stay. The care I have referred was visible and evident in every member of staff that we had the privilege of coming into contact with. The standard of cleanliness was exceptional and all staff were always available if members of our family wanted to ask any questions or make any requests. The management team appeared to be well respected by the staff. A highly professional setup exists in this home.
My dad was brought to Rebecca Court for respite care while his wife was in hospital, I am highly satisfied with the care my dad has been given. He loves doing the activities which are daily and well thought out. The staff are lovely and very caring and make you feel so welcome as soon as we walked in the door. I would definitely bring my dad to this care home again. Thank you for making this difficult time easy for me not having to worry about my dad knowing he is in safe hands.
My mum once settled in, enjoyed all her meals and the company of all the staff that cared for her. Her room was light and clean. End of life care given by the home excellent. Only one down thing out of hours GP at the weekend was a no-show letting down my mum and your staff.
Yesterday Saturday 21st April, the care home put on an open day with lots of different activities throughout the day, family and friends were invited to come along and join in with the fun that was arranged. I arrived at 3pm for the afternoon tea along with my sister, mum and step-dad. We had great fun trying to guess where different types of food and drink came from (must admit some funny answers were supplied). The winners each got a medal which was a lovely gesture, Then a buffet tea was brought out for everyone with lovely sandwiches, vol-au-vents and cakes and scones all the staff are very welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The activities co-ordinator put a lot of work into organising the day and she had great support from other staff who also enjoyed the day, would like to say a very big thank you for such a wonderful day we all had.
The encouraging care my friend received was excellent. They were always polite and helpful and the home was very clean. My only concern was how early the evening meal was served (4.15pm). My friend said she always felt hungry at night because she couldn't eat enough at that early time.
I was very impressed but the care and welcome from all the staff from the moment I arrived and throughout my visit. The staff smiled, listened and showed a real care of my friend's needs. The home creates a "homely" atmosphere and is spotlessly clean. My friend enjoys the activities and is very impressed with the quality and presentation of the meals. Thank you for looking after her so well. She arrived in a very distressed and traumatised state and she is now smiling and very positive about returning home.
Over a 3 month respite period, my father was very complimentary about all aspects of the care home accommodation, facilities, staff and services he encountered. I, my wife, and my brother all echo his sentiment. Sometimes my father's care needs were somewhat challenging, demanding high levels of caring professionalism. No matter how intimate or sensitive the issue or task, the staff at all levels and disciplines coped famously, they kept us well informed of all actions taken, and involved us in all decisions where our input was necessary. As with any complex service, there were a few minor blemishes but nothing that could be construed as defective. The management and team leading supervision have generated a very warm, friendly family atmosphere for residents, carers and visitors alike.
