View Full Details of Thomas Tawell HouseStaff do not inform relatives of any medical issues or hospital appointments. Staff take residents out into the community in their wheelchair without thought for their health and safety as do not use lap belt to stop them falling out. Also, residents know staff's personal business.
The main concerns are not being washed properly and feet not being washed regularly. A particular hot milky drink is not always given at night. Waiting too long for carers to answer the call bell. Some staff are not always aware Mum is not able to see and do things herself. Being told at night to wait for a toilet visit as they are busy. Overall my sister and I are happy with Mu's care. Thank you.
When visiting the care home, always feel really welcome. A lovely manager who's always friendly and welcoming. All staff are professional, helpful and polite. A great care home. Always feel welcome.
