My gorgeous mother of 97 years has had nothing but the best care from the wonderful staff, and family style management, who are running a care home you would want to put a family member into. This level of care, in all areas, sadly does not come along very often, which I have experienced from other homes throughout my family's ageing needs. I feel very humbled to have my mother in the best home in the area, thank you Bellstone Felixstowe.

Friendly, family atmosphere. Caring staff. Excellent food and help with feeding as appropriate. Provision for family to visit, with young children at times. Medical concerns attended to promptly.

My mum is well cared for and really enjoys living at Bellstone. She thinks she is at her home as it is very homely in decor etc. The food is freshly prepared and cooked, with a choice if not wanted or dislike any of the choices. We always are made welcome and have a good response to any worries. The staff seem happy and enjoy their work which shines through. It is comforting to know Mum is safe.

When I was looking at care homes for my mother, I was so pleased to find the Bellstone. Within a few minutes of walking through the door I felt that Mum would be happy there. Although she did not want to go within a few days she was happy and her quality of life has greatly improved. The management and all the staff are wonderful, caring people who you can see simply love doing their jobs and I cannot thank them enough for all they do. Knowing that Mum is happy and so well cared for is a great benefit to all the family and we are creating many memories.

The care home is very well run. The staff are all very efficient and friendly. The rooms are kept neat and tidy. The meals are sufficient for Mum's needs. There is usually some kind of entertainment for the residents.

My godmother (my mother's cousin) is very happy to be at Bellstone. She has been cared for very well over the last 6 years. She will be 95 this month and still quite happy to be cared for. I visit most weeks with my partner of years and we all get on really well.

Ill health caused Dad to go into care after living alone and independently for some 20 years. At first, he was very reluctant but the care and patience of the staff has won him over. He now wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

I could not wish to have come to anywhere "better" I do hope I can "end" my days here. I could not ask for anywhere being "in every way". A very happy lady living here.

My mum has been a resident for five years and five months, and she is very well looked after. They made every day a pleasant experience for mum like she was one of the family. The staff are always friendly, helpful and caring. They go out of their way to make life fun. Catering and cleanliness are always great. Unfortunately, my mum is at the end of her life, but they are making things as comfortable as possible for her and us. We will always have a fond place in our hearts for Bellstone, as mum has been very happy.

Bellstone is a lovely family-run home. They look after the residents really well. They treated my mum really well, very caring, lovely food and entertainment.

The Bellstone is a clean, bright and cheerful place to live. The staff are friendly, helpful and very efficient. The place is extremely well managed and run. The residents are happy, safe and well looked after.

Bellstone is just like home from home. The staff are caring and helpful and make residents and visitors alike feel part of one happy family. I am regularly kept up to date with my mum's care plan and fully involved in any decisions. Bellstone is extremely clean and tidy and has regular opportunities for entertainment and activities.

This is an extremely friendly and welcoming home. Mother has been here for almost 2-years and is very happy. Since being here, her mobility has improved greatly with the encouragement and support of staff. Mum has gained weight and is overall much improved from when she arrived. There seems to be very little staff turn over, which is lovely for residents and visitors.

My family and I cannot fault the care and support that has been given to my dad and us as a family for the last 11 years. My dad sadly passed away just recently and the care that dad received from everyone was amazing. They weren't just his carers they were his friends. Dad was so happy living there. I would highly recommend a visit if you have a loved one that needs care.

Bellstone is a residential care home near Felixstowe seafront. My mother has been in the home for more than 6 years and in that time, both the management and staff have always taken great care of her. I would always highly recommend the Bellstone.
