Lovely little place, they did a wonderful job of getting my father into
the same home as his wife. They were extremely helpful and willing to do
what they could to make this happen. The family are really pleased. The
staff are friendly, informative and encourage the residents to take part
in everyday life. The family are happy!

In need of complete re-decoration. I visited someone in a tiny, ugly
room at the end of a corridor. The whole ambience is of neglect and
shabbiness with furniture that looks as if was donated by a charity
shop. I was horrified that old people have to die in such horrible
conditions. No Pictures or colour, depressing and nasty. Even the small
garden has ugly garish plastic plants everywhere. Horrific. Considering
that they charge £1500 minimum per week, you would be better off in a
prison cell. The smell exuding from every part is enough to make you gag.
