Lilac Lodge and all of the team provide a secure and supportive care environment for my mom. The team extends their support to family members at a time that can be very difficult and uncertain. Lilac Lodge is very welcoming and clinically excellent.

The staff are polite, friednly. The home is run to a very high standard as one would expect, should I need to go down this road, I could not think of anywhere better.

I always find the staff very pleasant and helpful. They manage my husband very well and I do know he can be difficult. He is always kept clean and tidy and speaks very well of the way he is treated by the staff.

My wife who suffers from physical weakness and dementia has now been nearly a year in Lilac Lodge. In the time she has been treated with care and compassion. The staff are lovely from top to bottom and a credit to Kingsley. I can come away from The Lodge knowing my wife is safe, warm and cared for. Well done to all staff at Lilac Lodge.

I visited my friend's mother today. I have visited her before at other care homes. I thought Lilac Lodge was lovely. It was so light and exceptionally clean, it had no smells and seemed to have plenty of staff who were very friendly and efficient. How nice to see older people in such a caring place. I'm sure my friend was very pleased to hear her mother was being taken good care of.

My dad came to Lavender Cottage in February. He has settled in well, thanks to the care of the staff who look after him. Nothing is too much trouble.

Dad came to Lavender Cottage on a week's respite, he went in not really with it and came out a new man, he looked so well for even just having a week of fabulous food, company, really well-looked after, staff were very friendly, could not fault anything.

Lilac Lodge is clean and welcoming. The staff are on the whole caring. One member of staff is especially wonderful and professional, but very caring and went out of his way to ensure Mum settled in her new environment. The activity staff is amazing in ensuring no one is bored. The food is incredible too. Another lady is very caring too. I have nothing but praise for the staff, who are probably on a low wage but are always smiling and caring. They are a credit to your company. The fact the house is small helps make it more homely.

Excellent care home. Always very clean. Always plenty of staff around. The entertainment for residents is brilliant, there is always something happening including trips out. My mother who did not want to leave her chair for the last few years, has since living at the care home, been on the back of a motorbike, on a boat, on a trip to an acquarium, and many other adventures. She is really enjoying life. We are so glad we chose Lilac Lodge.

The care that my dad receives at Lilac Lodge is excellent. All of the staff know Dad as an individual and always strive to meet his needs. He is always treated with dignity and respect. Recently, I had a query which I shared with the manager, and it was dealt with immediately, and I received feedback on what had been put in place for Dad. I love visiting my dad as I am always made welcome by all of the staff. The home is always clean and has a happy atmosphere. Thank you to the whole team for doing an amazing job.

Lovely warm welcome, offered tea and cake on arrival, lovely clean home, our aunty is very happy here and well looked after. Staff are so friendly and kind. Such a nice home for our aunty.

Lovely welcome, my sister always looks so happy and looks very healthy, clean and well-dressed. Lovely cup of tea and cake. The staff is very helpful and always has the time to talk. Outside surroundings always look well-kept and tidy. Seeing my sister happy makes me feel happy on leaving, highly recommend the home to anybody who is interested, would consider this if I needed to get away from my home.

Very warm welcome on arrival, staff are very friendly and so helpful, received a cup of tea and a lovely piece of cake. The home looks clean and very tidy, lovely to see photos on social media of my aunt joining in and having loads of fun. My aunt always looks so well and healthy and would highly recommend it to others if they were looking for a relative. Such a lovely place, pleased for Aunty.

From the initial telephone call enquiring about a room, the follow-up care has been impeccable. The initial assessment was thorough and informative and was followed up very quickly about the availability of a room and he was moved in very quickly. We were able to plan ahead and with great help from a couple of members of staff moved his belonging before his arrival to ease the move on the day. Since arriving the friendliness care and empathy of the staff have been fantastic. Thank you.
