Very happy with the level of care and attention that all the staff have provided to my grandad. He was not very mobile or into activities in the last home, but here, he is a changed man and is active in all the wonderful activities that the home provides. Thanks again to everyone at Little Croft.

I was dreading my mum having to go into a care home as this was something she is so against however her health made this her only choice. Well, she just loves it. the staff are just amazing and nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent with a good choice. Her general healing and dementia have imported so much since she came to Little Croft. Mum is very happy as I am.

My grandmother has resided at the care home for a few months. The staff are caring and considerate, they always keep us informed and my grandmother appears happy and settled. She has a lovely room which is bright and large. My grandmother enjoys the activities.

Very caring and attentive staff. A very well-run home. Every carer I have met at Little Croft has been so kind and genuine and looked after my nan and other residents with warmth and dignity in equal measure.

The whole team at Littlecroft have been nothing but amazing. The service is unrivalled and they really do care for each of the residents and form relationships with all of them. Every time I have a question, they are there to support me with no issues. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great care organisation to look after their loved ones.

The managers and the nursing staff are good, there is nothing they can't do they are friendly and when I do any walking you get praise, nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend it to anyone it is always clean and tidy.

My mother, with dementia, aged 90+ has been at Little Croft for just over a year. I am an only child living abroad and we have had the ongoing Covid situation, during which my mother was admitted. I cannot praise the home, the managers and all staff highly enough. They are professional and very kind and thoughtful, not only to my mother but also to me, making my visits as smooth as possible. Physically the home has its design quirks, as it is an extended ordinary house. But this does not matter, in fact, it reduces the institutional feel and it is the staff that makes the place what it is.

Amazing staff who have time for everyone, professional and friendly! Spacious rooms and a wonderful garden. There are also so many activities organised by the staff. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a care home in the area.

We are very happy with the level of care provided to our grandma. The staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Our grandma is eating well and putting on weight since moving care homes. Would highly recommend this home.

A lovely care home that's right on my doorstep! I've come to know the staff well, and trust them implicitly. Very handy being so close to two local garden centres (with coffee shops) as well as Avon Valley Railway for residents who enjoy trips on the local steam railway, or just watching them go past.

My wife went into Little Croft from another care home, which was very poor, and she has immediately improved and engages in all the wonderful activities that they have on each day. The care is excellent and the staff really care. She didn’t really eat in the other home but her diet has also improved at Little Croft. Keep doing what you’re all doing.

Very nice care home with beautiful gardens. I was very impressed with the people that work there, professional and knowledgeable. My mother is very settled there and enjoys all the activities that go on. Can’t recommend it enough.

My grandad has really settled in at Little Croft. The staff are amazing and communicate really well with all the family. They truly care for his well being. Activities are brilliant and they really engage with the residents. Thank you so much.

Nan is extremely well cared for at Little Croft. Staff are always attentive to her needs and offer her support with great kindness. It is important to acknowledge the great work and care provided by all staff and management that goes above and beyond to look after and support their residents.

What I have achieved and experienced in my time at the home has been extremely good. My room is lovely, I have a patio and have my own flower pots on them. I have been able to personalise my own room. The staff are exceptional.
