A very caring home with total honesty and non-judgemental kindness to all the people. There is much joy and patience to all the people in this home regardless of their individual disabilities. It has a lovely atmosphere which is palpable as soon as you enter. This is a home that cares.

The review was excellent every thing was discussed and improvements that could be made and noted but these were only minor. Keep up the good work, all the staff are very caring.

I cannot thank and praise all members of the Chyvarus Residential and Nursing Home team enough. My father is on end of life care and the genuine care and attention given to him by EVERY member of staff here has been phenomenal. Not only do they care for him but for us as well. Time and care with dignity and respect from each one of the nurses and care team. A truly wonderful group of people who have always looked after my father with kindness and personal consideration. Management of the care home by staff in the home is great, I cannot comment on the company, but hope they truly appreciate how hard their staff work to give such personal, welcoming and caring support to residents and their families - what very long hours they put in always with full energy and encouragement for the residents and their visitors.

My wife was in the care home for about 2 months. The care she received was second to none. All the staff were there for her 24 hours a day. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff did their best to make my wife comfortable. There was never a day that she complained. The only real compliment I can give this home is if I had to go into a care home, this is the one I would go into.

In the short time, my husband has been in Chyvarhas, I cannot speak highly enough about the care he is receiving. The home is spotlessly clean. The clients are kept spotless, and the food is just amazing. The carers and nurses are totally dedicated to their work. We are always kept informed of everything to do with his care. From the management down, I cannot speak highly enough. After having bad experiences with care homes in the past with close friends and my own mother, Chyvarhas has restored my faith that there are still excellent homes if you are lucky and find one like this.

The staff are absolutely brilliant, kind, and caring to Dad and when he's fallen I'm informed well and feel happy with him in there, I simply cannot complain at all. 10/10.

My husband has been in Chyvarhas for 2 years now. He now never wakes up, so just lives in bed apparently asleep. Always very clean and well cared for.

Chyvarhas has provided a safe and secure environment - every time I visit the atmosphere is always happy and welcoming. The food is excellent, activities are varied, and the staff are wonderful - so patient and willing to listen. A nice element of the home is that there are no ghastly smells as so often happens in care homes! I am more than grateful for all the help, assistance, and advice given to me - also support.

The care shown to Mum and our whole family was outstanding while Mum was receiving palliative care. Our family was treated with care, respect, and kindness. More importantly, Mum was treated with dignity and kindness. I have recommended Chyvarhas to other families and will continue to do so. Please thank all the staff again on my behalf.

Been visiting Chyvarhas Residential and Nursing Home for over four years. The home has had an update with the entrance and furnishings being updated or replaced since Christmas. Looking good. Care workers still as friendly and helpful as ever. Nice, calm feel still. Thank you.

Great communication from managers and carers so far. Mum has only been in a few weeks, but person-centred care, attention and care planning very evident. Communal areas are spacious and comfortable with various styles of chairs. Food is available all the time and the atmosphere is clearly geared for every resident's needs and time preferences. Always get a welcome greeting from the reception staff.

The staff were very helpful and reassuring on our initial visit and answered all of our many questions regarding care for our family member in respite. The room was very clean and welcoming. My husband appears to have been very happy with his care here. This was his first experience of respite care and both he and I were apprehensive but it appears to have gone well. Thank you to all the staff for taking such good care of my husband.

My husband has only been in your home for just over a month but I have been very pleased with his excellent care. I can go home and feel that he is being well looked after and can relax and not worry about him. Also being very near to the home I know I can visit at any time and it is only 5 minutes away. Thank you very much for everything you do, much appreciated.

Mother has enjoyed the varied activities in the home, in spite of her language difficulties the staff try so hard to use her language to communicate. She is truly happy there. She enjoys the communal sitting rooms and loves to see people about.

What a fabulous service and such a caring team, first time my mum needed care following a recent fall. They are understanding, respectful to my mum's needs, very helpful and professional. I would recommend. Good compassionate/person-centred care towards my mum and family.

The staff are amazing in all they do. Nothing is too much trouble. The care they give is excellent. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The residents are made to feel comfortable and cared for in their homes.

I recently attended the support group at Chyvarhas, which is held every month. Such a lovely way to open up the home and support the community. I have personal experience and professional experience with dementia and I thought it was very valuable. The home is beautifully decorated and there is always a really warm and calm atmosphere. Chyvarhas is always tidy, hotel standard. The home manager, assistant manager and all staff are brilliant, very knowledgeable and kind. I actually know more than one resident currently, although I hadn't visited for some time it was nice to see that it was still a lovely home, and even looks better! I am happy to know that both my friend and ex-father-in-law are receiving such wonderful care! Thank you!
