My father has settled well in the home after some initial trepidation. The staff are caring, attentive and respectful, and keep me informed.

The decision to put Mum into a care home was made much easier by the warm and friendly advice given by staff. Mum has settled into her new environment quickly and is enjoying the company and safety the home has to offer.

As a family, we are very pleased with the level of care, compassion and friendliness all the staff have given her since her arrival. She is always clean and tidy. We love the interaction between staff and residents and are always made very welcome when visiting.

We visited my brother-in-law this weekend. He appears frail but in better health than before he became a resident at The Manor. I appreciate that it might be difficult to manage, but it would be good for him to be taken outside for fresh air as a change of scenery sometimes. The staff seemed friendly and respectful. This is very much appreciated.

My uncle moved here at the end of August. All the staff seem friendly and helpful. My uncle is well-fed and happy to be here. I know he takes part in activities.

The Manor do a fantastic job of caring for my Grandmother, she is always very happy and the home itself is clean and warm, the staff are attentive and friendly to not only the residents but all visitors to the home.

Very happy with everything that is provided for my mum. She seems happy and is always clean and tidy when the family go to see her. The staff are lovely and helpful.

She is becoming far less mobile than she was a year ago. She is forgetting more stuff and is chairbound. I think the residents would all benefit from daily chair-based exercises - arms, legs, neck, back - to strengthen and aid circulation and mobility. The staff are kind and helpful.

My mother continues to be very happy at The Manor. She enjoys the varied activities on offer. We always are very welcomed by the staff and kept updated regarding her health. Her room is kept spotlessly clean. I would recommend The Manor for any future residents. My mother has lived here for 14 years now!

Popped in to see my friend - had a warm welcome as usual from the staff, offered a cup of tea and a comfy chair moved for me to sit on. My friend was cheerful, smart and settled.

This is my first visit to see my friend. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Residents seem to be happy and friendly. Also a bright and clean lounge where we sat.

When told my wife needed a care home my feeling was of despair, dread and worry for her. I could not have been more wrong. The staff at The Manor are brilliant and have settled her into a caring, friendly environment with their professional ease.

My mother-in-law moved in November 2023, my husband (her son) and I came to look around before she moved in and were very impressed with the whole place including the room she has moved into. Since she has been in I can't praise all the staff enough. They are very friendly, and welcoming and are so dedicated to looking after all the residents. She has settled in well and the care she is receiving is excellent. We can highly recommend The Manor.

My mum has only been a resident for a relatively short period of time, but she has settled in very well and is happy with the home and staff. From the initial contact and advice received, I have been very pleased with how everything has progressed, and feel agree sense of relief that everything is dealt with in a professional and compassionate manner.

I have found the staff and management very helpful. My aunt is a difficult lady but they cope very well with her. The home is always warm and comfortable with a friendly atmosphere.

My mother is very comfortable and happy at The Manor. It is evident that she has a warm rapport with the staff, who make me welcome when I visit. In summer, the small garden is a pleasant place to relax and chat. As I live in the Midlands, I am not able to visit very often. However, I greatly appreciate receipt of the monthly newsletter which enables me to see photos of Mum participating in the various crafts and activities provided by the staff. I believe that my mother is receiving an ongoing good standard of care. Thank you.
