Sunningdale House Care Home looked after my mum for the past 16 months. My mum has advanced dementia and the staff looked after her with compassion and dignity. I cannot recommend this home enough.

We are pleased with our aunt's care at Sunningdale House so far. She enjoys the food and engages well with the activities. I like the staff and all seem kind and helpful.

My wife is safe and well cared for. I could not provide at home the quality of life that she has at Sunningdale. The manager takes note and acts on suggestions of the loved ones of the residents e.g. visiting is now so flexible and convenient and fulfilling. Staff are always caring and kind to the residents. The entertainment for residents is well organised and I appreciate being present at musical events at which my wife shines. My wife's room is small but I think she just uses it to sleep.

The staff at Sunningdale House are always very friendly, helpful and nice whenever I call in or telephone. The home itself always seems immaculately clean and a very pleasant place to be. There is no offensive smell as I have experienced in other homes. In every way, I have been very pleasantly surprised by Sunningdale House and their kind, patient treatment of my friend. They certainly go the extra mile.

My dad alwats looks so well and happy at Sunningdale. All the staff are amazing, so friendly and caring. Dad has been there for nearly three years, and in all my visits, I have always experienced the best possible care for him. He is always clean, and all the staff really do care. The house is always very clean and tidy.

Amazed at the difference in the residents who had been transferred from another home - they all appeared calmer and happier. My dad is well supported. The overall impression was of care, cleanliness and professionalism. Everywhere was bright and welcoming with a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you.

I cannot praise the staff highly enough. They are all caring, compassionate and treat all residents with dignity.

My father has been a resident for over 2 and a half years. During this time the staff have consistently adapted to his advanced dementia and blindness. His medical social and physical needs have been attended to, morning and night. Staff are very warm and caring towards him, whilst retaining a relaxed approach. Making him feel loved and appreciated is very important, Sunningdale House provides that safe, cosy, clean environment you hope for....ice creams in the summer, Christmas parties in the winter, music and stimulating visits from the patting dog, donkeys etc.. professional medical observations when dad is poorly from the cleaning staff to manager everyone is focused on the residents.

My mum was admitted to the home in February 2015. She has a lovely room with a toilet and wash basin, the room is kept clean and her clothes are laundered, she is also provided with toiletries. The staff from top to bottom are cheerful, friendly and very caring to my mum. They have time to chat to her and visitors, they always offer refreshments on arrival. They provide entertainment and social activities and trips out when possible. We my wife and I are so grateful to everyone knowing mum is happy and well looked after.

Very happy with the set up, the lounge has been increased in size making extra room. My wife is well looked after well fed and hair regularly done. Staff are competent and friendly keeping up updated with her needs and medical changes. They are always clean and tidy well turned out.

Sunningdale is; Warm, welcoming and friendly. Staff are totally focussed on the residents needs in a loving manner. Management are always available if necessary. The house is light, airy with modern furnishings. Room is comfortable (residents). Family resident has only resided in Sunningdale for six weeks and hasn't joined in with all the activities as yet but the activities arrangers are very considerate to the residents capabilities.

My mother has been in Sunningdale for a about a year and I am very pleased with the care and attention she gets the staff are really good with her. Whenever I visit her the home is clean warm and inviting and always made welcome.
