My room - lovely - access to a loo at night, great (I'm a night owl). The food - tremendous - yum yum. Care from staff - excellent - a high level, but also a lovely personal touch. Thank you.

Vane Hill manager and staff have taught me a lot. They have also helped me when I've had problems. When I first came here my memory was very poor but coming here and also the help they have given me as improved my dealing with everyday things like cleaning and going forward in life, working. My sincere thanks to all who have helped me.

I think the home is very well run and clean with friendly staff. The best home I have been in.

I am always treated with respect and a friendly attitude when I visit and offered a tea or coffee. Often residents will always say hello and appear happy. I can ask any questions I wish.

If you would ever want to spend your days in a care home then this is most definitely the place you or a family member could ever feel more safe, welcome and at home. My brother is a resident and he loves all the staff too, always commenting on the work here they do with him. I made a visit after a few calls to the manager who is a first-class and a great guy, the staff are brilliant and all make sure everyone is being looked after and happy as they can be. The home is clean and tidy and welcoming, they worked with me so I could spend time with my brother and catch up after many years of me being away. I nearly wanted to book a room myself. The home is a credit to everyone that runs it. Well done all and thank you for all the work you do for my brother. Many thanks.

My brother-in-law has improved dramatically, both physically and mentally during his time at Vane Hill. His current, much happier disposition and condition, is a testament to the superb care and attention he has received during his time there.

My brother is very well cared for at Vane Hill and has made amazing progress both with his physical and mental health. He is treated with dignity and respect and is very fulsome in his praise of the staff.
