My mother stayed in Culliford House for 6 weeks following a leg
fracture. Throughout that time, the staff took very good care of her:
they were attentive, friendly and considerate and the food was very
good. The building is a Victorian(?) house, so some of the layouts can
be a challenge and higher floors are elevator-dependent, however, the
rooms are all a very good size. There were regular social activities
that go on with the residents but there was no undue pressure to
participate. For those that need to visit, the location is very
convenient: very close to the library and supermarket, with plentiful
parking options. If a similar situation arose in the future, I would not
hesitate to call them.
