View Full Details of St Anne's CourtOur mum has been a resident here for approximately 3 years. The care provided is second to none. The team are amazing and truly cares for their residents and knows all their foibles, likes and dislikes. Headed by the manager (who was immensely helpful in the transition of our mum going from home to care home), nothing is too much trouble. We are always invited to have meals and drinks are immediately offered when we arrive. In this challenging environment, there is never a grumble or harsh word spoken, instead, the residents are showered with affection and any contretemps are swiftly dealt with calmly and gently by this skilful team. Finally a shout out to the backbones of the team. Grateful thanks to you all.
It has been a pleasure to visit my sister-in-law at St Anne's Court, the hospitality shines in every visit. No matter what time we visit there is always a smiling, happy welcome and always a tray of tea or coffee with biscuits. The home is kept bright and cheerful and patients and staff look relaxed, a lovely atmosphere to visit and live in. After taking my sister-in-law out, no problems when taking her back, she is welcomed back into the field and so nice to leave her with a staff member chatting away and laughing, a lovely feeling and we feel good as we know she is well and truly looked after.
We are so pleased Mum chose to move to St Anne's Court just over one year ago, settling in so well. The staff make every effort to accommodate individual needs and personalities. With Mum's inevitable deterioration it has given all the family peace of mind knowing she is always receiving the best care. Mum's family and friends are always made to feel very welcome, it's one big family!
St Anne’s Court is a nice friendly home. I am always welcome any time to visit my mother. The staff are lovely and have a good relationship with the residents. My mother is very happy there and I have peace of mind that she is being looked after.
I am very impressed with the care the staff give to all residents in the care home. They are friendly and seem to know how to address the problems some of them have. Each resident is treated as an individual. Very positive attitudes.
I have been extremely impressed by the kindness and compassion shown by the staff, and feel reassured of the level of care my grandma is receiving. The home is warm and cosy and has a homely atmosphere. Thank you to all the staff for your positivity and warmth.
Very friendly, caring environment. Resident lead - emphasis on providing a warm, supportive, fun place with as much freedom as possible. My mother is able to enjoy the company of other residents, the garden and the facilities without asking permission.
We cannot praise St Anne's Court enough for the care they give my mum. Mum is treated as an individual, and everything is personalised to meet Mum's needs. All staff are kind and caring, and we are always treated with warmth and kindness. We really do feel like we have joined a family. Communication between us and the home is fantastic, and the manager and senior staff really do go above and beyond. I hope other care homes could experience St Anne's Court so that everyone gets to have the care my mum receives.
My brother has been a resident at St Annes Court residential care home, Bournemouth, since April 2022 where he has received the highest quality care that you could wish for. The professional, friendly and caring staff have been outstanding and first class throughout his stay and their understanding of his condition and personal needs is exceptional as is the kindness shown to me and other family members.
The staff at St Anne's have been excellent towards my mother. The care that they all did for Mum was like their own Mother; they made Mum feel loved.
The most wonderful care home that I could wish for, for my step-sister. Every member of the team is amazing. The care they give is exceptional. It is like The Waltons, one huge family!
St Anne's Court provides a home-from-home experience for their residents to an extremely high standard. Each member of staff is polite, very caring and always cheerful. Relatives are encouraged to join in with activities provided for the residents and are made to feel very welcome. I have every confidence that my aunt is being cared for to the highest standard; she herself is very happy living at St Anne's Court.
I hold the highest regard for all staff involved in the successful running of St Anne's Court. Words cannot express fully the extreme pleasure of my husband's love; their efficiency and caring are always a true pleasure to see and has to be top of the sales! Staff make eye contact when asking questions of them, always with huge smiles. Attention to detail is confidence-building for visitors of the patients. Our two daughters are fully assured I made this very right choice in St Anne's Court.
My mother passed away peacefully at St Anne's Court after enjoying her twilight years there. She did not have Covid. The manager and her staff were exemplary in maintaining a Covid-free home, and my mother continued to receive outstanding medical and social care in a very safe and loving environment. Across the board, every staff member was cheerful, compassionate and diligent during this very stressful and challenging period. Yet maintaining the high quality of care that my mum had always received. While we could not visit, I knew Mum was in the best hands possible. When she passed, the manager and her staff were there to support us with compassion and love, which was in keeping with the nature of St Anne's Court. We have since still been included and invited to parties at the home. Such as the Jubilee tea party, which was a fantastic afternoon. An amazing tea and great entertainment. The ethos of St Anne's Court to me is that it is a “beautiful family home“ and also a “beautiful home for families“.
I have found St Anne's Court very supportive of settling my mum into the new home. My mum always seems happy when I visit her, and this is very reassuring for myself. The staff always seem to be polite and helpful.
When I went there, the workers treat everyone so lovely. My grandma seems very happy staying there.
My sister has been a resident at St Anne's Court for four years. She's not the easiest person to get on with, but the staff and management handle her so well, and I'm very happy that she's in such competent care.
My mother was moved here following the closure of her previous care home. I wish she had been here first. This is an amazing place. Sadly due to her health, she didn't get to leave her room much, but when she did, she enjoyed herself. She was so happy, and they cared for her so well until she sadly passed away in December 2021.
Super staff who are very attentive and caring to Dad's needs. Always positive and supportive. It is very evident that residents are well looked after and safe. Due to the pandemic, I have not really been able to review the activities, but look forward to taking an active role when things open up.
This has been a difficult time to have a relative in a care home, but even more so, needing to move them (after a bereavement of their wife) closer to their son. Dad-in-law settled in brilliantly, although the pandemic prevented contact, we were able to speak on the phone and face to face online. As soon as was possible, my husband and I were able to visit in person. Staff always have time to talk about what he has been up to. Sadly the pandemic has curtailed many activities, but he is encouraged to do his puzzles and enjoys bingo. Unable to see the room as moved under the pandemic protocol. Similarly, activities curtailed at present.
