My relative has been at The Links Care Centre for nearly 2 years. I cannot thank them enough. The management and the entire nursing team are really doing a great job in looking after my relative with complex mental and health issues. The place has improved and looking amazing. I am forever grateful.

According to Mum, not an entirely happy stay. The food was disappointing. She spent most of her week's respite in her room. On the day my brother and I picked her up to bring her home, we were left on the porch, (we both had negative lateral flow results). Could hear Mum crying and was very distressed as she couldn't understand why we didn't go up to her room to collect her. Took a while to calm her down.

My mother has been a resident for a number of years now. During this time the staff have been absolutely brilliant in all aspects of caring and making my mother's stay really homely. I cannot praise this home and staff highly enough for everything they have done to improve my mother's life.
