Living at Seabourne has been a comfort to me. The staff are kind and there's always someone to chat with me when I need them. The meals are lovely and I enjoy the activities they play for us. It feels like home here.

The team work together tirelessly to provide individualised care to the residents in a home-from-home environment. The activities are varied and frequent, the food is delicious and the environment is warm and welcoming.

Excellent care home. We are very happy with Seaborne, me and my family made the right choice. The staff are kind and caring, as you would expect, the home is comfortable and clean, and the location makes the visits special.

I cannot praise Seabourne House Care Home enough for the exceptional care they provide to my dad. From the moment we walked through their doors, we knew we had found the perfect place for him. The facilities are top-notch, offering a clean, modern, and welcoming environment. My dad loves spending time in the beautifully maintained gardens, and the spacious, well-furnished rooms provide him with the comfort and dignity he deserves. The true heart of Seabourne House, however, is its staff. Every member of the team is genuinely caring, patient, and dedicated. They have gone above and beyond to make my dad feel at home, always treating him with the utmost respect and kindness. It's clear that they see their work as more than just a job; they genuinely care about each resident's well-being. Seabourne House Care Home has truly been a blessing for our family. Knowing my dad is in such capable and caring hands gives us immense peace of mind. Thank you Seabourne House, for everything you do!

The home could not have done more to support us in what was obviously a difficult but necessary decision to make. They have been reassuring and attentive during the settling-in process and have done their best to meet all needs as they have occurred. The staff are well trained and seem to know individuals really well and try to give support for their particular needs (not always easy but it is done with patience and care). The staff have also supported me as well as my wife which I am very grateful for.

I have no concerns this home is very good. I enjoy the days out on the bus and the hut. Happy here.

I visited a family friend at Seabourne House and was really impressed with the home. I haven't been in many homes before, but was pleasantly surprised with the welcoming fun atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. There was lots of laughter and fun activities, and I shared some delicious tea and cake! The garden was lovely and my friend's room was made to feel really homely.

I can't thank the team at Seabourne enough, they have been so good to my uncle, he loves the activities in his room and the food the home offers. We also can join him for supper or lunch and the location is just amazing so close to the beach. Thank you to all the team!

Seabourne is an amazing care home, me and my family are really happy with the care my grandparents receive, the activities team are amazing. The home location makes it easier for us to visit and is so close to the beach, which we love.

Seabourne has been amazing for Gran, she is so happy there, the home location is amazing, close to the beach and we are looking forward to the summer so we can spend time together at the beach as is so close to the home. The staff is amazing and we are really happy with the care that is being provided.

I have lived at Seabourne House since 2018. Seabourne is a very nice home, the staff are very good here and they are looking after me. They always fulfil my wishes.

On moving to this home my mother has settled in nicely. We were able to put personal things like pictures etc up to make it more homely. The staff are kind and well trained to deal with most behaviours. There is always someone to answer any queries or explain Mum's likes and dislikes. One-to-one conversations and activities happen daily. Nice food, fresh and always a choice. Plenty of snacks and drinks are available.

Our Mother entered Seabourne House in Dec 2023. Although she and we as her family didn't want her to move from her own home, her age at nearly 97 years and frailty dictated, she needed a lot more care, both days and nights to keep her safe. After viewing other homes, we felt that Seabourne House offered the friendly, personal care and dignity that she needed. The staff treat her like an extension of their own family and reassure us that she is in the best place.
