My father has only been a resident for three weeks. He has settled in well to a well-organised and well-run care home. The staff are outstanding, caring and helpful. The food is great and the routine helps, the residents settle and enjoy the environment. The rooms are clean and comfortable, as are the public rooms. The staff go the extra mile to make residents and families comfortable and at ease. Thank you for all you do. Excellent.

We visited The Knoll in Gloucester to see my grandad and the home had a party, a lady was one hundred years old and another couple had been married sixty years. The manager and staff did a fantastic job decorating and cooking the lovely food. My grandad was not well, so was asleep and did not get to enjoy the party. The singer was good and sang lots of songs the residents liked.

The Knoll Care Home is a wonderful place. My mum was there for two years before she passed away. I would recommend The Knoll Care Home 100%. All staff are lovely and care for the residents as their own family.

A wonderful place to leave a loved one to be cared for. Nothing was too much of a problem. Everyone from the managers to the handyman showed genuine care for my nanny. Beautiful grounds and well-equipped facilities. If you are looking for somewhere that doesn’t just meet your loved one's physical needs but gets to know them as an individual and does their utmost to cater for that - this should be your choice. Thank you to every member of the staff.

The staff at the Knoll Care Home are superb. Extremely kind and patient. It's a difficult situation to be in but there is nowhere I would rather my grandfather be, the care is excellent.

Every time we visit Dad at The Knoll Care Home the staff are kind and courteous, someone is always available to discuss concerns and these are dealt with promptly. Dad seems very content and has a good relationship with the staff.

All staff are providing excellent support to my mother. They keep me well-informed and updated regarding any issues. They give my mother excellent emotional and physical support. The manager and all staff know my mother and treat her with dignity and respect.

My late mother was a resident in The Knoll Care Home for 2 and a half years. She suffered with dementia and mobility issues. The manager and all the staff in that time gave Mum the most considerate care and looked after all her needs with compassion and dignity.

Very welcoming at all times. My dad is very well looked after and extremely happy here. The staff are all very caring and make me feel assured of my dad's safety around the clock. I'm very happy with the services of The Knoll and thank you for everything.

My father is well looked after, the staff are fantastic and help him in many ways. He cannot remember much but the way the staff are around him when I visit is excellent. When I'm older, I would love to be in this care home.
