During mums time here we always felt very supported and informed. We always felt she was well looked after and cared for, and she always looked well presented! She was always treated with respect and dignity even up to the end. She enjoyed helping out a little and made friends both residents and staff while she was here. Thanks to all for making her time here happy, comfortable, safe and looked after.

My mother did things at the care home that she never did before, she loved crafting, painting and colouring. She felt well looked after, and she loved to help out. The home allowed her to do things she loved to do. The care was outstanding, and we felt so safe with her at the Digby.

My mother has been a resident since October and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of care that she has consistently experienced in the time that she has lived here. The staff show great attentiveness and compassion in their care and have done a fantastic job in helping mum recover from the fractured hip she sustained in June 2024. I receive regular communication from the home regarding mums health which is appreciated. Digby Manor is a little gem. Mum is extremely happy there and I happy for her to be there.

Still delighted with the service that dad receives at Digby Manor. The staff are fabulous and the Christmas party was amazing with a great singer and lovely atmosphere. He has been here for a number of years and it is lovely that the same staff are here so that he sees the same faces daily. A big thank you from the whole family for great care.

My experience of my mum being in Digby Care Home is one of trust. The care staff, day staff and night staff are approachable, caring and loving to residents. My mother needed a lot of care, they made her feel safe, listened to and loved. they spent a lots of time to listen to her concerns and did their best in making her feeling homely. The staff are very gently in their approach and had a dignified approach.

It is due to the continued excellent care that my mom has recovered so well after a fall. She has gained weight, is walking a little and has made a wonderful turn around back to herself. Mom is settled, happy and the care and love shown to her is 100%. Thank you to the staff and managers for loving our mom and looked after her.

We have been really pleased with how the staff look after my dad. He has been residing at Digby Manor since August 2020 and the level of care means his dementia is stable. He loves the staff and is always smiling. They encourage him to take part in activities and the home is always beautifully decorated throughout the year especially at Christmas, but also for other events for example Halloween and Remembrance Sunday. Dad is always well dressed and likes the meals that are served. We would highly recommend this home. The management are extremely involved in the best interests of the residents and very approachable. We are very lucky to have our dad so well looked after.

What a wonderful care home the Digby is! A real genuine welcome when you arrive. Mum is very settled in here and has not only stabilised but thrived since her move here. Very much looking forward to the new facilities in 2025.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Digby Manor Care Home for over 5 years. The attention and care she has received have remained at an excellent level. I visit her frequently and it is always satisfying to find her demeanour never changes and she clearly feels comfortable and happy there.

My mother has been at Digby Manor for a number of years now and we are still delighted with the excellent care she receives. She is always well-presented in both her manner and dress. The manager keeps us well informed of her progress and we love to see all the daily activities she is involved in.

Mum has quickly settled in Digby Manor. I am always impressed with the care I see mum receives every time I go. All the staff are friendly and treat all the residents kindly and with individual respect. The atmosphere is relaxed and happy. My mum is painting as I leave her, great to see so many activities for her to do. Thank you.

We feel so fortunate to have found Digby Manor for our dad. We had barely started looking for a care home, after his dementia had deteriorated to a point whereby we couldn't manage the risks any longer, before we found Digby Manor. The care is exceptional, excellent on every front, and the staff all maintain the kind of consistent standard of care that any family would hope for, especially when having to make the decision to have their loved one looked after outside of their family environment. It's a great home run by genuinely kind and caring people. Long may it continue. Thank you, sincerely and with gratitude.

Digby Manor is a great place for my mum to live. I know she is well cared for and safe here. All the staff are very helpful. polite and they all work well as a team. I would definitely recommend Digby Manor to anyone who is looking for a place of residence for their loved ones.

Digby Manor and all its staff are caring, helpful and compassionate. My auntie's stay here could not have been any better. Her stay was so comfortable. I could not recommend this home any better. Anyone's stay is like a home from home.

My dad is very well looked after and he is very happy in Digby Manor. The staff are always friendly, and they give 100% in caring for all the residents. There is always plenty of entertainment and activities during the day. They always make an extra effort, especially at Christmas and involve family and visitors. I would highly recommend Digby Manor, as I feel my dad has improved since moving here three years ago.

It never ceases to amaze me how the quality of care is always maintained at the highest standard. The care afforded to the residents is carried out, nothing required is ever overlooked. The carers always react to a vocational standard, never as if it was just a job. My partner is receiving the best standard of care possible and we are forever grateful.

We are still delighted as ever with the fabulous care our mum receives at Digby Manor. She has now been at Digby Manor for over five years and we are so happy with the care and treatment that she receives. It is lovely to see her on their social media account and she has made many friends. Christmas will be a lovely time as there are so many activities organised. A first class care home with superb staff.

The staff at Digby Manor are exceptional. I was so impressed at the level of service and care they provide for everyone there, it really does feel like a family as soon as you walk in. We're always encouraged to partake in any activities and my aunt always has a smile on her face. I'm glad that we chose the right care home and encourage anybody in the local Birmingham area to consider Digby Manor.
