My mom was it the home for 5 years. She was treated with the care dignity and love she needed. all the staff were polite caring nothing was to much trouble the care was. excellent.

If you want to have your relative cared for then this is the home to use. The staff are amazing. Nothing matters but the client's needs. Fabulous home. Wonderful staff. Activities schedule above and beyond. Thank you.

My nan has been in this home for roughly 4 weeks after moving from another nursing home in the area. From what I have observed on my visits the staff are lovely and always willing to help. My nan always appears to be clean and comfortable. Food options are much better than in her previous home and there are more options for activities.

My experience with care homes is virtually nil, which is why with trepidation I chose Netherton Green because of its locality to my home. After two weeks, my fears were blown away. The items overleaf are a true reflection of my opinion. The staff work very hard to make sure everyone is happy and contented, when help is needed the staff are always ready to help. Entertainment is ideal for the residents who remember the nineteen fifty's.

After a very bad experience at another nursing home, Netherton Green is a breath of fresh air. Within a week I have been able to put my full trust in the staff. Mum is always well-fed, clean and treated with dignity and care. The communication from all staff is exceptional. Always informing me on my daily visits of her health and well-being. Thank you to all the staff at Netherton Green

Personalised care for my dad, cannot fault staff, very caring, nothing too much trouble. Meals are excellent and if Dad doesn't like anything will make him something different, nothing too much trouble. A big thank you to all the caring staff/team/manager.

Dad moved into Darby House end of June. Settled very quickly and appears to be happy. Staff extremely helpful and very caring towards all patients. Staff go out of their way to assist with anything he requires. 100% satisfied with the care he has received.

Absolute 100% satisfied with the care of my brother. A great team of staff. He is happy, contended and safe in this wonderful homely environment. A big thank you to the management and staff for their kindness, patience and humanitarian approach to my brother and other residents.

Fantastic care for my Dad, he is kept clean and shaved daily. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff is brilliant and always willing to help. My Dad's on end-of-life care and I couldn't have wished for better care of him. The nurse goes above and beyond to help and to keep my Dad comfortable in his final days. They have made this easier.

The care is outstanding, Dad's on palliative care and coming to the end of his life, I couldn't have wished for better care. The staff are very helpful, the care given to Dad is brilliant, they keep him spotless even though I know he can be difficult sometimes. His final days are comfortable and with great support to me.

My mother-in-law moved into Netherton Green Care Home in December 23. Se settled in straight away. She enjoys the activities and entertainment that one last provides for the home. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I think we made a very good choice.

My mother has been in Netherton Green since Dec 23, the care she receives is first-class. She settled in straight away and enjoys the many activities that the activities and well-being coordinator arranges. All the staff are really nice.

The staff are all lovely and friendly. Very clean and warm grounds, pretty to look at. Lots of activities for residents to do.

I am having difficulty in getting a response for receiving a refund from Advinia. As of 11/09/2023, it is now 83 days. This does not comply with their terms and conditions. We have had several telephone calls and emails to various staff, also solicitor has emailed them and still no response. We are owed over £7k and have funeral expenses and other bills to pay. Our relative passed away on June 19th 2023. This matter is very stressful, especially at this sad and difficult time.

Great all round care for my brother from all the staff and management. My brother is very happy there. I cannot fault the care and attention from staff and management to residents. Great communication to relatives. A wonderful home.

The care given to my mum is beyond what we thought she would receive. The carers are always polite and interacting with all residents. Luckily, my mum is able to be taken on days out, which is a nice added bonus. They also arrange for entertainment (i.e. singers) to come in and perform for the residents.

Our mom is always clean and dry, she is looked after very well. The staff are brilliant and mom loves them.
