My husband become a resident in February 2024. He has received the best care ever, by a dedicated, professional team of carers. One of the hardest things I have ever done in my life was to leave him in Bradley Hall but, from day one he has been comfortable and extremely well cared for. The staff have kept me informed of any change in his behaviour or medication. The home is always spotlessly clean and his own room is comfortable and welcoming. He is always clean and his clothes carefully chosen to look smart.

My Mom was admitted to New Bradley Hall in January after being on the waiting list for a while. Placing a loved one in care is one of the toughest decisions anyone can make. The Management and team at New Bradley Hall were extremely supportive and nothing was too much trouble. The staff are always polite, friendly, caring and totally committed to the residents. Mom is settling into the home and each day gets a little easier for us as a family knowing she is looked after, safe and cared for by a wonderful team.

My mom moved in August 2024. I find the home spotlessly clean, staff are very efficient and they are very kind. She's unsteady on her feet and all care is taken to prevent her falling and if she does, she's picked up, checked over and if necessary an ambulance is called. I rest better because I know she is well looked after. They have plenty of activities and at Christmas, she was taken out to lunch a couple of times. People are treated with dignity and respect. I feel we were lucky to get her a place here.

My lovely Mum has been a much loved resident at New Bradley Hall from the moment she arrived in December last year. As a family we could not be happier at the care and attention she receives. ALL staff are incredible. Attentive. The place is spotless, staff are happy which helps the atmosphere. I experience genuine care towards us, her family too. Nothing is too much trouble. It was such a hard time deciding this was needed but we should not have worried. Rooms are clean are airy. Atmosphere upbeat. We are 100% happy and more importantly, so is Mum.

My wife has now been in the home for 5.5 years during which time she has gradually deteriorated with Alzheimer's. She is treated with the utmost dignity by all the carers whom she loves although not able to communicate with verbally. She is kept spotlessly clean and also fed her liquidised meals by them. I am well looked after when I visit and am kept informed if she has any slight change in health or medication. I can well recommend this home to anyone who is trying to find a home for loved ones.

My lovely friend has been a resident for almost two years. She is so very happy and is enjoying a great quality of life. New Bradley Hall is a wonderful care home which I can’t praise highly enough. The Manager and every member of staff are so professional and treat everyone with kindness and dignity. Thank you so much for the care and support given to my friend, it’s comforting to know she’s in such good hands.

Lovely, consistent staff that genuinely care. Clean and modern facility. Doesn’t have the feel of your traditional care home, more hotel than care home.

After visiting quite a few nursing homes/care homes and calling them to see how I was treated, I opted for New Bradley Hall. It is fabulous in so many ways. Firstly, the building itself is new, clean, homely and huge. The residents have plenty of space and the rooms and furniture are immaculate. The staff are so welcoming as soon as you enter and go the extra mile to make your relative feel cared for, secure and happy. I cannot thank them all enough for all that they do for Mom.

My lovely dad moved into New Bradley Hall in November 2023 to start his next chapter. He has settled really well, and he is so happy and contented and very well looked after. He always looks smart (just as Mom did), and we as a family can now relax and enjoy quality time with Dad. All the staff at New Bradley Hall made the whole transition so smooth and welcomed him into his new home with empathy, smiles and laughter - we wouldn't want Dad to be anywhere else.

My wife has been a resident now for four years and has to have everything done for her including feeding as she suffers from Alzheimer's. In December my Wife had her 81st Birthday and her room was decorated by the carers who put it together to buy her a present. Also, the following day was our Diamond Wedding Anniversary (60 years) for which we were made very welcome. The Home makes my wife very comfortable and always takes care to choose matching clothes for her and helps by applying a little make-up when possible. There is entertainment available on a fairly regular basis whether this is by their own staff or suitable entertainers from outside. I am kept informed about any little changes in her health or condition and she has regular access to doctors. All the staff are very friendly and you get a family atmosphere from it.

My father has been living in New Bradley Hall for 9 months and I am so pleased with the care he receives. He suffers from dementia and the staff are really professional and understanding of his condition. The staff are kind and friendly and I feel involved appropriately in decisions relating to dads care. The facilities are excellent, clean and modern.

All staff at the home are excellent, the care outstanding, and the receptionist is always very helpful. The home is outstanding. My mom is very happy, nothing is too much trouble. My mom and her needs are always met, and the staff are very professional and caring.

My dad is in his 4th year here and I can't praise it highly enough. The staff from cleaners upwards are great and the reception staff are all pleasant and helpful. The lead staff on the 2nd floor keep me informed of Dad's health at all times. The entertainment staff are great too. During lockdown they all coped really well.

There are no words to say how relieved I am that my dad is now in this care home. All the staff from management right down to cleaning staff are excellent. The care he receives has been second to none, nothing is too much trouble. Dad is always clean, well presented and treated with dignity. Everyone does their best to interact with dad and encourage him to join in the activities they have on but if he doesn’t want to one day they are just as happy to sit and have a little chat with him. They have lovely gardens and gardening was a big passion of dads. The carers find time to take him out, have a walk around, sit on one of the benches or have even let him do some seed potting. I go most days to visit and never made to feel like I am in the way. I won’t name names in case I miss anyone out but all the staff members on the ground floor I can’t thank you enough for your kindness to dad and the support you have given me. I would recommend New Bradley Hall 100%

New Bradley Hall is a lovely Care Home. My Mum has been there for two years and has always been treated with compassion and dignity and recieved over and above the care she needed. Senior Carers have always rung me to keep me informed on any medical matters. When visiting was difficult due to covid it was a relief to know that Mum had 24 hour friendly support and delicious food. The staff have also been so kind to me and my family. They all took great delight in helping to celebrate Mum's recent, rather large, birthday.

My mother has been a resident at New Bradley Hall for a number of years, I have had no concerns over the care that has been provided. The care home staff have all been very helpful and friendly and have always been available to assist if required. The rooms are very good and are well maintained. I would highly recommend New Bradley Hall to anyone considering using this service.

An excellent care home offering superb care in quality accommodation. My aunt remains happy and smiling despite advanced dementia. The carers are simply first class and always friendly towards the visitors.

The care which Mum has received over the past 2 years has been first-class. The home always appears spotless and fresh. Communication with care staff and management is excellent. Mum was admitted during the pandemic and so external activities were restricted. These activities are beginning to open up and hopefully Mum will be able to get out more between family visits.

Everyone is so caring and helpful, my aunt wouldn't still be with us if it wasn't for the marvelous care she gets at New Bradley Hall. The place is spotless and they have so much patience with the residents that there is always something going on.

My Mother-in-law has been a resident for three months now, and has settled in very well. She loves all the activities they do. We are very grateful for all the care she is receiving and are amazed by how well she is doing.

All staff at the home are excellent, the care outstanding, and the receptionist is always very helpful. The home is outstanding. My mom is very happy, nothing is too much trouble. My mom and her needs are always met, and the staff are very professional and caring.
