Had a lovely time visiting my brother, only get to see him twice a year as I live so far away. He was in good health and well cared for by the staff.

Friendly, pleasant staff kept me up to date on my brother's health and experience of Regis House. Nice, clean environment. My brother looked well and healthy.

I feel the staff ratio could improve, 1-4 is poor. This reflects on the lack of activities the clients engage in. Also with poor staff ratio daily living skills and self-help skills are lacking. This area needs to be looked at.

My brother receives excellent care in all he does, his day-to-day needs are always met and the staff always give their best to ensure he gets the best care available. Day trips and holidays are catered for with the residents able to pick their own destinations. All medical needs are looked after from dental, GP, to hospital visits.

Such a great place, very clean, the support workers are great, the residents are well looked after, truly do a great job, well done ladies, you all need a pat on the back and are truly helpful and kind-hearted.

My uncle is a current service user and has been since September 2022. After years of my grandad struggling to look after him, it is heartwarming to see how well he is looked after in the home. He seems relaxed, happy and much healthier than ever before. We are so grateful to all the staff for helping him to settle in and for providing so many wonderful opportunities for him to thrive. The sixties are the new forties for him now and that’s fantastic for us to see!

Amazing place that loves all the service users. Staff go above and beyond when doing events! Love the place! Special mention to the senior support worker, who is so passionate and caring! Keep up the amazing work.

Regis House is full of character and positivity! Service users are at the heart of the home and staff work their hardest to ensure the service users are at the forefront of each day! Staff are always respectful and easy to talk to, just like the management!

I see on the Regis Facebook page all the activities the service users get in involved in which I feel is great to see. Summer fetes are advertised yearly which I always attend, the service users always look happy, full of laughter. Staff work great with the service users providing them with choice and independence. Overall I would highly recommend this home to others looking for a new home.

I think Regis House have excellent staff and give great support to service users. I am very happy with what they offer and would recommend Regis House to others. The staff makes us visitors feel very welcome and answer questions. Staff also consider the service users in many ways to assure they are happy and make sure they have facilities they want and need. Overall, I am extremely satisfied and happy with what Regis House do.

I feel that my friend is being very well looked after. The staff are excellent with him. The staff have all been trained to a very high standard and are all NVQ qualified. My friend appears very happy and settled. He had many choices in how his care is provided. I am very happy to know how well my friend is looked after and cared for.

Fantastic home, very caring staff - I attended a summer fete here which was very well planned - staff members were kind and approachable.
