View Full Details of Haresbrook Park Care HomeWhen I visit my dad at Haresbrook it is a happy experience for me. It's hard enough that my dad has complex dementia but the staff at Haresbrook and the loving atmosphere that they all provide makes me more relaxed when I visit. Dad is always happy and he is always clean and well cared for. As he deteriorates I don't need to worry as everyone who cares for my dad truly cares and it really is a wonderful place for him to be living in - thank you all at Haresbrook!
The team at Haresbrook are kind, caring and compassionate. They have been caring for my father for nearly two years and continue to ensure that he feels settled and safe. The home is undergoing some renovations and it is clear that it will enhance the overall experience even further for everyone.
Mom is assisted with all aspects of her care. Mom's physical presentation (clothes, personal hygiene/hair) is always good. Staff are kind, gentle, supportive and encourage mom to join activities. Staff are always approachable. Management are knowledgeable. Staff communicate very well in all aspects of mom's care. Mom has access to a varied diet and plenty of fluids. Overall, positive review. Thanks to all at Haresbrook Park Care Home.
From the beginning of my mother's time at Harebrook Park Care Home (August 2024) we have been impressed with all aspects of this well run care home. The staff and management all appear to work their best for their residents and they do a difficult job with kindness and skill. Since her arrival at Harebrook, my mother has been free from stress and seems happy in her world.
It's been 2 years now, the staff are excellent and are very caring, not only to my wife but I have also noticed with other residents. It's nice that a monthly newsletter is produced to keep us updated with what's coming up and also photographs of previous months events. Also to see items on the Facebook page. Keep up the great work you are all doing.
Mum is always looked after and happy. I'm very grateful to all the staff for doing their best.
We have been very happy with Haresbrook Park Care Home. Mum came here from a significantly poorer home and has been very well looked after at Haresbrook. The staff are friendly and helpful, mum receives great, respectful care. She is now very healthy and happy. She looks and seems so well and happy, we are so pleased to see how well she is cared for. We would highly recommend Haresbrook.
Haresbrook Park Care Home I thought was exceptional. The staff are so caring and very attentive. My mother was very well looked after. She had a lovely room, very spacious with a nice view. The staff are very welcoming and very thoughtful and caring, to both you and thier patients. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Mum was at Haresbrook for respite care. Lovely setting and a modern building. Staff are caring and understanding, both to Mum and myself. There is a very sociable atmosphere and lots of activities for the residents. I am very grateful for the care Mum received there.
My father-in-law recently passed away whilst in the care of the staff of Haresbrook Park. His last years were here, and the manager and the team were outstanding, meeting all his needs with professionalism, care and love. His last years were happy, comfortable and safe. The whole team always treated him with dignity and did their best to deliver a family environment for him. The welcoming family were also a priority. I cannot thank them enough.
My father was diagnosed with advanced dementia in January and taken to Haresbrook in February. The staff and home were marvellous always providing fantastic care and providing updates. The facilities the care he was provided with made an awful experience bearable and everyone was so friendly and informative. Dad fell in May and was admitted to hospital at Hereford he passed yesterday 30/06/23. At all times the staff kept me updated and I want to especially thank the manger and another staff member who were marvellous. To that member of staff, I know you thought a lot of my dad and can’t thank you enough for what you did for him and our family. I can only recommend Haresbrook at the highest level who looked after my dad in his final months. Thank you all so much.
I am so pleased with the care my mother receives at Haresbrook Park Care Home. My mother has very challenging behaviour, the staff deal with this brilliantly, completely professional and compassionate towards her. They go the extra mile to make her happy and comfortable. They have an amazing activity programme and they go out on lovely trips. My work sometimes takes me away from home. I feel confident that they can deal with any issues which may arise. Everything is taken care of, doctors, opticians ect is dealt with in-house making her life that much easier. I cannot praise my mother's care enough. It is reassuring to know that she is cared for so well. Team Haresbrook you are amazing. Thank you.
My husband spent two weeks at Haresbrook Park Care Home for respite care he has Alzheimer's disease. The manager was very kind and supportive. The staff were all lovely, kind, caring and helpful. The home was clean, tidy and felt warm and welcoming and secure. I have no complaints and hope to use Haresbrook Park Care Home again.
My aunt was admitted to Haresbrook Park Care Home at very short notice due to a carer breakdown. Unfortunately, a very bad bedsore was discovered on admission. Eventually, bedbound, she was turned every hour to relieve the pressure. She was treated compassionately and professionally. When visiting or phoning Harebrook I was impressed by the way I was dealt with in a caring way by the staff. As soon as you walk through the door, you get an impression of warmth and humanity. When she was dying and after her death, she was treated with dignity, and I was treated with compassion.
My husband settled very well at Haresbrook Park. The staff were very kind when he got very ill, they were amazing. The home is set in beautiful grounds with a lovely view out of all the windows.
We have had an excellent experience since placing my Mum in Haresbrook in March 2022. The staff and management have all been very helpful and caring and I’m must single out the manager for accommodating our needs which have been variable because of the prevalence of Covid. Mum was placed in Haresbrook as a temporary requirement until we could find a permanent placement more local to her immediate family. Anyway, we have to change the transfer date several times because of Covid outbreaks at both Care Homes and Haresbrook have been really flexible and helpful in that regard. The Home itself is very well run and the setting is lovely on the edge of town with large gardens and open space. Mum have been very well cared for at Haresbrook and sadly we cannot move Haresbrook nearer to us.
The care that was shown to my mum was second to none, the care home went above and beyond to make sure mum had everything she needed and that we were always involved in all decisions of her care.
Very disappointed and upset that my father was left to die alone. I had rung in the afternoon to ask about my father and reminded the staff that I wished to be with my father when he died and asked them to inform me if he deteriorated. Was told he was stable and could not visit currently due to Covid. Phone call at just after 9 pm to say they had found him dead. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Excellent service, really helpful and pleasant staff.
My experience is very encouraging and welcoming in regards for the initial interviews and very accommodating on the day of induction, but the manager and staff seem to be carrying out all their duties very well and my sister-in-law seemed very settled and cared for, a most pleasing experience.
