View Full Details of Broadmeadow Court Residential Care HomeThe management and all the staff at Broadmeadow Court Residential Care Home treated our mother with dignity and kindness. The care and support was excellent. The management and staff are very professional, very helpful and very polite. Myself and my family really appreciated that Mum was able to stay at Broadmeadow Court. The care for our mother was outstanding.
Couldn't have picked a better home for my friend. Both management and staff are amazing, they all couldn't do enough to take care of my friend. The home was spotless and never smelt like other homes I've been to. They were all so happy and friendly, always had time to stop for a chat and a joke. My friend enjoyed the four years that he spent in there. We can't thank them all for everything they did. Would highly recommend this home, it's the best.
We have been really happy with all aspects of the home. The staff have been so kind and respectful and nothing too much trouble. There is always a lovely fresh smell as you walk in the door and all through the home. The rooms are kept spotless clean and comfortable. Our aunt was happy and very well looked after. I would recommend it to anyone.
We have been very happy with our aunt's care. The staff are wonderful and very caring. the home is spotless and always smells lovely. We have no issues with anything.
The family has been delighted with the care our aunt has received. The staff have been wonderful, very caring, nothing was too much trouble. The home is beautifully kept. Very clean and always smells fresh.
My brother was well cared for in the home. The staff were wonderful and caring. Nothing was too much for them. They were very helpful. I would recommend this home to anyone. They looked after him until he passed away. They were wonderful.
Mum was a resident for 4 years at Broadmeadlow Court. Sadly her condition has deteriorated and she now needs full nursing care. During her stay, Mum was always looked after wonderfully. All the staff are friendly, approachable and residents' needs come first. I will always have happy memories of Mum's stay and the many staff who have been there the entire time of her stay.
I have found the staff to be caring, patient and professional at Broadmeadow Court Residential Care Home. They have shown affection to my sister and taken great care of her. I have no complaints to make regarding food, cleanliness and care and I, as a visitor, have been welcomed and assisted when I have been upset. My regards to all staff.
My sister has been at Broadmeadow Court Residential Care Home for approximately three and a half years and we have been very happy with everything concerned with her stay.
All the staff have worked extremely hard to improve on all aspects of the home. It has now got a beautiful garden for the enjoyment of the residents and staff, to which the residents have helped with the planting of many of the flowers.
Where to start? Wow! The commitment of the staff at this party was fantastic to see. Dancing with residents which obviously helps mobility, the carer who sort activities was never still, dancing non-stop as were quite a few of the girls and obviously enjoying it. The food was fantastic, fit for a king, and so much of it, including a trolley of naughty but nice desserts. We are so lucky to have such lovely, caring girls looking after our relatives. We now have a life and can relax now.
On the 7th of May, I was lucky enough to be invited to Broasmeadow Court to take part in the Kings Coronation celebration. The staff were superb, making everyone very welcome with smiling faces and kind words. I notice the residents enjoying themselves and no one was excluded. The staff were so attentive to their individual needs. The staff member in charge of activities has so much energy, empathy, and so many varied ideas to encourage the residents to participate (eg, making their own crowns!), having a little dance to the live singer. The cakes/food was professionally delicious. I loved my time here!
Staff always seem friendly and engage well with my nan. She is treated with dignity and when we can't visit, staff assist her with her tablet to keep in contact with us, especially one member of staff in particular.
Due to a bad fall at home which affected our mum's mobility and after several weeks in hospital during Covid, the family decided that it was safer to have her cared for in a care home rather than return home. After a few weeks, she settled in and always refers to it as her home, which is very reassuring to us all. The management and staff are very caring, friendly, very approachable and always manage to make her laugh and smile. They have a wonderful activities lady who encourages residents to take part. All the food is freshly cooked in their kitchen. Mum's gone back to a healthy weight now.
This care home fully lives up to its description. It is a real home to its residents and the care is superb. The staff, from the management to maintenance all, almost without exception, put the needs of the residents first and foremost. The catering is outstanding and tailored to specific requirements if necessary. We visit regularly and the atmosphere is nearly always cheerful with activities frequently taking place. I'll be more than happy to move in there if and when the need arises.
Fantastic care is taken of my nana by all the staff at the care home. They have always been so friendly and welcoming. The food seemed amazing and there was always an activity being planned to participate in or an individual session like a pamper day. It feels like the staff treat the residents like they are part of their family and was a great comfort when we couldn't visit during Covid. I was really pleased with our choice of care home and thankful for the support given to my family when it was needed. I can't praise the staff enough.
All the staff are exceptionally helpful, caring and informative to all concerned. Peace of mind, knowing my friend is well cared for, her safety during both day and night is primary.
I would just like to say I think it is a very excellent care home and that goes for the staff as well.
I can say that in the time my mother has been a resident at Broadmeadow Court, we have been extremely happy with her care. She is happy when we visit her and tells us how good and kind the staff are. May I also say what a wonderful afternoon was put on for residents and visitors for the jubilee celebrations.
This is the best care home you could wish any family member or friend to go to. The staff always go out of their way to not only make your loved one feel welcomed and settled, but keep you involved every step of the way, with weekly updates. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff. They have a weekly list of activities the residents will be getting up to, which always looks brilliant and always something new for everyone to look forward to. Just to know that your loved one is being looked after properly, with the warmest of staff, who go the extra mile, is so reassuring. It’s always clean and tidy with alternate decorations Easter, Christmas etc.
