Fantastic service throughout. Was worried about leaving her there but needed not to worry. The staff are well trained and are very supportive towards Mum and ourselves. They are very intensive and caring. Our mum is very happy here and wouldn't have her anywhere else.

I am so glad that my mother is in Doodlespool Hall. The staff and care my mum gets is so good. I would not let her be anywhere else. The staff are the best. The home is so clean and so tidy. The food they serve up is always good and hot!

Our mum has been in here for nearly 12 months now, it was heartbreaking for us has a family to give up her home and put her in someone else's hands. The staff and quality of care is 100% and we can't thank you guys enough for making our mum happy. You have encouraged her to get her eating back and she has now gained her weight up and healthy again. The manager, her seniors and all staff are amazing so thank you all very much.

This is a wonderful care home whose staff go out of their way to be happy, friendly and welcoming. Since staying here, we have seen our mum make huge improvements both mentally and physically. We can't recommend Doddlespool highly enough - a huge thank you to you all.

Was met with a friendly atmosphere and my dad was shown about the place and to his room, they have activities for him to do and he seems happy when I visit him, he's clean and tidy and the food is good.

As a family, we cannot fault the care that my grandma has received in the last 8 weeks. They have improved her life. So much by providing her incredible care but allowing her to still have her own freedom. The home is so clean and the staff care for her with the utmost respect.

My parents have both settled in really well and all the staff are caring and attentive. They have lots of activities to keep residents entertained. The food choice is amazing. The rooms are unbelievable and like home from home and are kept very clean by the hardworking cleaners.

Beautiful home in a delightful country setting. Both parents recently moved to Doddlespool from another care home and for us, as a family, it’s 100% been the right decision. The home is managed well, the staff are helpful and caring, the rooms are tastefully decorated and the food is home-cooked and varied. Our parents are happy and so are we.

I have been very pleased with everything here at Doddlespool Hall. The staff are outstanding, nothing is too much trouble and I feel more relaxed since arriving, hence my decision to stay longer. I am very happy with my room and glad I made the decision to come here. Thank you.

Amazing care home, staff are attentive and caring to all residents. Events are arranged most months which residents and family can attend, with a lot of thought and effort in the arrangements. I would recommend this care home to anyone.

I attended a buffet for the residents of Doddlespool Hall on Sunday 10th March. In my opinion, the standard of care at Doddlespool Hall is second to none and the staff there are excellent. They all treat the residents with care and patience. The atmosphere there is always warm and friendly. I would recommend Doddlespool Hall to anybody. Thanks.

A great place for your relatives to be. The staff are very caring, the food is really nice all home cooked with a choice of menu. Before my husband went into Doddlespool I visited other homes, none of which compared. The home is kept spotless, the cleaners work nonstop. The rooms are bright with outside views. Management are on hand if you have any questions.

Beautiful home in a lovely country area. Very clean. Rooms are exceptionally good. Food excellent. Staff are extremely caring and go above and beyond. Managed exceptionally well. Nothing is too much trouble. They keep you informed. I would highly recommend this home.

An excellent care home, providing amazing care for my Dad. All staff are brilliant, so caring, always going the extra mile, nothing is too much trouble for any of them. The standard of care is first class, the atmosphere is always warm and friendly. The home itself is immaculate and everywhere is spotlessly clean. I cannot praise everyone connected with Doddlespool highly enough.

Everyone is so kind and caring at Doddlespool Hall. It is clean, warm and welcoming. They really pull the stops out for everyone having regular events which include family and friends of residents. Thank you to all who work there.

This is a charming old house, set in the countryside with elegant grounds surrounding it. I can say no more than the result of my options.

Absolutely wonderful care home, I dreaded putting Mum and Dad into a home after having full-time care in their own home, failed. The staff are amazing, so caring and professional, who regularly go above and beyond. Mum and Dad have improved so much whilst there, the building is immaculate, so cosy and spotlessly clean. Mum and Dad love the food too, very good quality. It's great to see them smiling again after so long. Five stars all the way.
