View Full Details of Manor HouseMy mother has been a resident for over four years. We chose Manor House as it was evident when we initially visited the home that the staff carried out their tasks professionally and with care together with meals being prepared on-site and to a high standard. Although there have been staff changes over the years, the quality of care has never changed. As my mother is always happy and content it gives us peace of mind to know that Mum is in a safe and caring environment. I, therefore, have no hesitation in recommending Manor House.
My father is a resident at Manor House Bilton Rugby. He has been in the care of the staff for some 18 months. I am very satisfied with the level of care he receives and give full credit to the staff for ensuring my father and the other residents are well cared for. The home staff are most professional and keep me informed of any issues concerning my fathers care.
Several years ago my uncle was placed in the care of The Manor. It is not easy to pass the care of loved ones onto others. As a family, we have never once regretted the decision. The staff at The Manor have become my uncles new family. We have nothing but praise for the care and consideration, to all his needs, the staff take. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Manor to others.
The Manor House Care home in Bilton, Rugby, is run by an extremely experienced and efficient Manager and her staff. From the very first day that my mother entered the home at the age of 92 and suffering from dementia, she has been treated with the utmost care, respect and dignity. The Manor House is a family, it includes the resident's relatives in all major decisions regarding care and before covid, allowed us to join in with their many social activities to entertain them. The diligence of care to protect the residents against Coronavirus has been amazing and I cannot thank the staff enough for all that they have done to keep everyone safe. Once we are all vaccinated and can meet again safely, I have no doubt that there will be celebrations. Thank you to everyone you are all very special people.
The staff at Manor House are terrific and very supportive of the residents. They arrange frequent events with the residents such as Music days, and other stimulating pastimes. The House Manager is very experienced and who leads her staff very well. Everyone in the home is treated with the utmost care, support and dignity by the staff. Consequently, the residents are a large, happy family of people who have a great deal of fun and respect for the staff who look after them.
My mother has vascular dementia and is a resident at Manor House. She is looked after excellently well by the Manager and her team. They are kind, caring and thoughtful towards her. As no visiting is possible at this time they give me regular updates on her health and status. Manor House is bright and cheerful as are the staff and I would highly recommend it and finally to all the wonderful staff, thank you.
Due to the provision of a safe viewing area at Manor House, my sister and I were able to travel to see our dear Mum who I had not seen since February. Manor House had provided a large Perspex screen just inside one of the lounges, behind which sat our dear mum and we entered our side through the french doors. There were two chairs and an intercom system so that we could see and hear each other very clearly. It was the most wonderful experience, very emotional but very happy and 2 of mum’s resident friends were also there and we had a really fun and happy time. She was so pleased to see us as were her friends and the lovely carers who we are so fond of and who look after our Mum and everyone so well. Thank you to all the staff at Manor House and Pinnacle care for making this possible.
We cannot recommend Manor House highly enough! From the moment my father-in-law moved in, the care he has received has been incredible. Manor House has a wonderful friendly staff team who go above and beyond especially of late following a spell of really poor health. Under the excellent leadership of the Manager, the team have worked tirelessly to support him in his recovery. In addition to this, there are numerous activities and events going on with lots of fun and laughter for all. A huge thank you to each and every one of you!
In these difficult times, I think the home and the staff have done their best to keep standards as high as possible. I have had good interaction with the staff at the home and I feel that the care given has always been of a high standard. My aunt seems to have adjusted fairly well in the circumstances and her needs well looked after. The rooms are comfortable, well decorated. The food is of a very high standard. The surroundings are very comfortable and suit elderly residents very well. Usually, there would be a plethora of activities taking place but this has obviously been affected by the pandemic, otherwise, the staff are undertaking other activities where possible. Hopefully, it will not be long before some normality can resume. The garden area is nice and well used when allowed. All in all, I feel that there is a homely atmosphere and the staff are very caring and competent. I am always kept informed of developments. I would recommend this care home.
Owing to all the negative press I wanted to write a positive. Manor House is one of the best. They have looked after all the residents so well. Amazing manager and team. I support everything they do. Thank you!
They say only superheroes wear a cape, they are wrong the staff keeping our Nan safe and well, you are all hero’s going above and beyond thank you doesn’t seem enough. Especially in these troubled times, now more than ever putting your resident care and well being keeping a positive attitude and remaining calm. Well done all. THANKS again.
An elderly lady I have been befriending through Age UK for the past two and a half years needed respite care and chose The Manor because she had a friend who was a resident. After just ten days, she decided she wanted to stay permanently at The Manor. She has been so happy since she has been there.
Thanks so much to all of the staff who have looked after my mother in law so brilliantly. It has been such a relief knowing that she has been looked after so well as we are so far away. In particular, the Manager has been such a big help to us. My mother in law is so much better and is walking so much more thanks to the staff. A fantastic manager with a hard working brilliant team. Can't thank them enough for their genuine kindness and care.
Manor House is lovely. I came from hospital and could not walk after being in there for approximately five months. But the manager and her staff got me walking with my frame and a little way with my walking stick. I was supposed to have the physiotherapists come to me but am still waiting. the staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. I cannot praise them enough. The food is home cooked and presented nicely. The home is very clean.
We have been here for 6 weeks and the care we have received has been wonderful. Food, care, support and entertainment was faultless, would not hesitate to come again.
I cannot recommend the care home, the home manager or all the staff highly enough. They have been absolutely fantastic in the service and care they have offered my father but also to us, his family. They have made the transition as easy as possible and he is getting fantastic care in a great environment.
Last year was a very difficult time for our family as in a very short space of time my Aunt became very poorly. I spent many months visiting her (as we do not live in the UK) both in and out of the hospital. Finally, my Aunt was offered a place in a residential home so we visited those that were available. When we arrived at The Manor we met the Manager straight away. We sat and discussed the facility, my Aunt and then the manager showed us around and introduced us to the staff. It was all agreed and our Aunt has been there ever since. I speak regularly with all the team at The Manor and it is just so reassuring that these places do actually still exist. A huge thank you to all of you at The Manor, we really can't thank you enough. Professional, caring, considerate and fabulous. All the staff care and understand that it's your loved one that is there and it isn't always easy to understand that the person you loved so much is struggling to do everyday things.
The staff are always very helpful and supportive. The general condition of the property is poor and needs a lot of care and attention. It is not a property that gives a great first impression.
My wife moved into Manor House during January 2018. She soon settled in within the first two weeks of her stay and is very happy and settled there. Manor House is quite old in parts, however, there is always a warm, welcoming atmosphere there. The staff are always friendly and well managed. They are attentive to the needs of the residents and their visitors. I am very pleased with how well my wife is cared for and am confident the high standards will continue in the future.
My nan really enjoys being in this home, she was poorly at home and now I have my nan back , she has already been out on a trip having only been in the home for a short time, although due to work commitments I don't visit as much as I would like, I know nan is well looked after and is enjoying lots of people around her. I feel at ease knowing she is well cared for and clean.
