View Full Details of Belper Views Residential Care HomeBelper Views Residential Care Home has provided a safe and secure environment for my mum. The carers are kind and the facilities are currently being upgraded, although it's always been very clean. The food is freshly cooked and good. Overall, we are happy with the service they provide.
My father has been a resident for the last few months and although it's not what he wanted, this care home and the care team have been and are so caring. They are a lot of fun but also take such good care of him and his needs. It feels like one big family so I couldn't ask for more.
Belper Views Residential Care Home was my first experience of a nursing home and I can honestly say, the staff are extremely caring and always go above and beyond for the residents. After a recent spell in hospital with my mum, even the staff at the hospital commented on how thorough and professional her notes were, which gives me peace of mind that my mum is being well cared for.
Lovely care home. They look after my grandma with such respect and love. She is happy here. All the staff are wonderful and caring. One member of staff, in particular, makes me smile. He always talks to the residents with a bit of comedy and the activities staff are amazing. I feel very comforted that my grandma is so well cared for. She loves the food. It's like a family there. Would highly recommend. Thanks to all the staff. And Autumn, the dog, and Arnold, the cat.
Well, what a fantastic team at Belper Views Residential Care Home, they have empathy for all the residents, I have not been in many but what I have been in shows that this home goes the extra mile, not to please the families but to please the residents and that in turn, pleases everyone and that is what's important. I hope and wish the very best for everyone involved at Belper Views, no doubt there is more to what we see to make this home what it is and it definitely deserves recognition to being the home everyone should hope to go to if needed to. So, just well done and thank you for your hard work and commitment.
The staff are very caring and provide a very good atmosphere in the home. The food is all home-cooked and the events coordinator is very encouraging to all the residents. Overall, it is an excellent care home.
My mum went to Belper Views Ltd Residential Care Home after being poorly for two months, it was actually to give me respite for looking after her. Whilst in there, she was medically checked and her health issues were resolved through the persistence of the wonderful staff. She is now home, living independently. My mother-in-law is now a resident and she could not be in a better place, the staff are amazing with care and treat everyone independently. Could not recommend this home enough.
When my dad was in Belper Views it was like he had joined a new family, it is always a difficult decision to come to terms with that your relative can no longer stay at home, I can honestly say that the staff could not do enough for my dad. However, it was the extended care and compassion they showed to all my family that we will never forget. Whenever we went into the home we were greeted with a smile, a full report of how my dad was and how he had been. He was cared for with dignity and respect. The staff encourage the person to retain their personality and truly offer person-centered care. My dad always had clean clothes, his bed changed daily, his room was cleaned twice a day and always smelled nice. The food was lovely, the cook strived to offer 'home-cooked' food. There was entertainment regularly and I hold dear the photos they took at the Royal wedding tea party. My dad sadly died at Belper Views but I can honestly say their care was amazing and I can never thank them enough.
Would highly recommend this care home. All the staff are pleasant and very welcoming. It’s changed dramatically over the last 9 months with a new management structure and positive staff morale.
