View Full Details of Seale Pastures HouseAlways met with a friendly greeting by staff. My friend always looks well cared for and the staff seem to be very attentive. I have noticed they seem the same to the other residents too. They arranged for my friend and another resident to visit a church carol service and look the trouble to take photos of her with friends and laminated them for her. They do a good job.
The care from all staff at the home is exceptional. Very friendly and always helpful. I like the monthly telephone calls requesting if the family are happy with Dad's care and needs. Dad is always smiling and contented. This means a lot to us. I couldn't score the activities any higher as I haven't witnessed many take place.
Since arriving in October 2023 Mum has always been treated with care, respect, and kindness. Her needs have been met and requirements adapted as her condition progresses so that she can still maintain her independence as far as possible. Mum enjoys being at Seale Pastures and it is obvious that she is well cared for.
My Mum has been residing at Seale Pastures since July 2022 and is very well settled. The care is second to none and I never worry that she isn't being looked after properly. That peace of mind is priceless. In the lead-up to Christmas, there's been a lovely atmosphere. The Christmas Party was fabulous and a few days later a local Choir entertained everyone with their Carol Singing. Well done to all, I'll never get tired of singing your praises.
Mum has been in Seale Pastures House since June of this year. All the staff from cleaners, carers, admin etc are really helpful and friendly and welcoming. Mum receives excellent care and is always well-presented and clean. One staff member in particular always lets us know when there is an issue with Mum's health and gets advice from doctors. Home is well managed by the home manager and all the team. I feel reassured that Mum is being well looked after.
I found all the staff friendly, hospitable and professional. When I pointed out my cousin's needs they were addressed the same day by securing a physio to address his needs. He has been well looked after during his stay, engaging in activities and games.
All of the staff are friendly and helpful. They are always on top of any health issues. The staff all enjoy their caring for the clients and their family! All of the staff employed by Seale Pastures are good at and enjoy what they do.
Mum has been a resident for almost a year now. She has settled in really well with help from the lovely staff. I am always made very welcome when I visit and any small issues that arise are dealt with promptly. I would recommend this care home to anyone.
Mother-in-law was in for respite for two and a half weeks - the staff went above and beyond in looking after her, always smiling and friendly. The home itself is nicely situated and we were always welcomed when visiting. I would recommend this place to others and the staff are the real jewel in the crown.
Whenever I visit my friend the carers have been helpful to me and appear to be kind and compassionate towards the residents. They seem to be busy but aware of whatever is going on around them.
Mum has resided here for nearly 2 years and as a family we can't fault the care and support she receives. The staff go above and beyond to maintain the care and safety of those in their care. Most importantly, Mum is happy. We have always been treated with kindness and made to feel welcome. This is a lovely home. Thank you.
My dad was taken to Seal Pastures House for respite care. When we arrived, being upset as we really didn't want him in a care home but we could no longer keep him safe. We were greeted by a lovely, caring staff, we instantly knew we were doing the right thing. Dad has been there for four weeks now and we have decided it's the best for Dad, he is so happy, they are all cared for with respect and in a lovely, caring way. The staff are tremendous, I feel like part of a large family, they make you so welcome when we visit. Before Dad went into the home, he slept most of the time now, he is chatting and enjoying life saying how nice it is and likes being there. Dad wouldn't go to bed hence his legs were extremely swollen and breaking out, they got him to bed, his legs are amazing. This is a wonderful home with absolutely wonderful staff, we can not thank them enough for what they have done for our dad.
My grandma was recently moved here from the hospital. It all happened very quickly, and it's hard to stress how difficult these times can be. We were swiftly contacted by the staff at Seale Pastures (actually even before the hospital), I can honestly say that I feel so lucky that my grandma has been brought here as the level of empathy, care and humanity is amazing. I have visited almost every day for the best part of two weeks now, and it is so comforting to see that each and every time that I have visited, every single member of staff is tending to, caring for and looking after every resident's needs to make them feel as comfortable as possible. (My grandma included) 100% genuine, caring staff that go above and beyond. By chance she was moved here from the hospital, but if I could hand-pick, I would have chosen here, especially all of the staff!
Dad arrived at the care home and we could feel the friendliness, kindness, and compassion of everyone. Dad settled in well and that is down to the lovely staff, very clean, and enjoys his food. We feel that he is being well cared for and cannot thank all the staff enough.
We have been very pleased with the care my mother has received at Seale Pastures House. It is never easy to decide to use a residential home for an elderly parent but my mother settled in quickly and the interaction with staff and other residents has been a positive benefit for her. The staff, without exception, have been attentive and helpful and quick to respond to my mother's needs.
My husband has had a lot of problems and the staff have been so patient and helpful with his needs and also by keeping me informed every step of the way.
Very friendly staff on arrival. Very helpful and very clean. Always on hand to help if needed. It feels welcoming.
I have been visiting regularly for the last three weeks and have been present for virtually all meal times and the periods in between. I have never seen any reason to worry about staff behaviour to residents or visitors. My opinion of the home is that all staff, from the manager down to the cares and cleaners, deserve medals.
We brought my aunt to the home on Wednesday the 22nd of November 2023. Our first impressions of the meet and greet were excellent. Her room was welcoming with her pyjamas and slippers on the bed for her. The staff came in and introduced themselves to her. The bed was so comfy that she is sleeping a lot better. She is enjoying group activities and eating well.
Everyone was very helpful and friendly and was happy to help in any way they could.
