View Full Details of Enderby GrangeOn the whole the home is very good for all purposes. Staff are extremely hard working and very attentive. There are many times when persuasion is required that's when the staff shine.
During the last 5 years my experience of Enderby Grange has always been a positive one. Management are approachable and professional. Staff are friendly and caring. Communication is good. Meals are wholesome and look appetising. Enderby Grange is always clean and welcoming. I can heartily recommend Enderby Grange.
My mother has been here for 8 years and we have never had anything less than excellent care and attention. We have always been kept well informed of any issues we need to be aware of. The staff are friendly and approachable and we would have no hesitation in recommending Enderby Grange to others.
Excellent service. My dad is very well looked after.
Staff are very friendly and we as a family can see that Mum is well cared for. We depend on their updates and Mum's welfare on their condition. Unfortunately, not being able to tell us herself. We can see that Mum is settled and happy. Entrusting someone to care for your loved one is paramount and we appreciate all that is done for our mum.
Our aunt has been at Enderby Grange for just over 6 months. She has settled very well and has formed some good relationships with the staff there. The staff are always very welcoming when we visit and clearly are fond of all the residents. Their care and professionalism have helped us while our aunt has settled in and reassured us with the continual residence.
Since my husband arrived, he has been well looked after. Having Parkinson's, he needs feeding as well as dressing etc. He enjoys music but cannot participate in activities.
It was one of the biggest decisions I had to make in my life I needed help and my Mum needed help so after going past this care home every day I made an appointment to look around and I never will look back. They made my Mum so welcome I could not ask for any more, I know she is safe and warm and 100% looked after.
We are very pleased with the care our mother is receiving. The staff are all very friendly and approachable. The management team are very helpful and if there is any little issue, they will call and relay any concerns. The home is well-run run and all the staff seem to be very caring and attentive.
A very good care home. Clean and modern. The staff are excellent, very helpful, and with good management.
The staff are so kind and helpful. My mother is really well looked after there. It seems like a really good, well run and friendly place.
Rare I write a review, much less a positive one, but in this instance, it's well deserved. The team from the management to the care staff at Enderby Grange genuinely care about the residents. My Mum had to move into the care home at short notice due to a rapid decline in her mobility. We were really concerned that she would struggle to settle as she had always been very independent but the staff went above and beyond every day to make her feel safe and well cared for. The improvement we saw in her, both physically and mentally, within just a few weeks of care was amazing. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home.
This home was recommended to us by a friend whose mother has been living at Enderby Grange for several years and is well cared for and happy there. We moved my Mum in on the 31st of March 2022. All staff have been very friendly, helpful, and always willing to explain things. Mum is being encouraged to walk as much as possible and she has settled in well so far. The problem now is that even though they have not had a Covid-19 outbreak for the past two years, now they do. When the home can open up again for visitors, please, please, would all visitors do a lateral flow test on the day of their visit and even if negative, wear a mask! I want to be able to see my Mum. As Mum is a very new arrival, I haven't completed all the ratings but I want to say thank you to the manager and all her staff for all they do for their residents and their families.
Staff are always helpful and friendly to me as a relative and visitor to the care home. My relative who lives at the home also says they are very helpful. The staff accommodate their food requests/requirements; they assist with their exercise schedule and generally help wherever they can. My relative is very independent although frail and the most recent comment from them has been - "they let me be when I'm okay but as soon as there is a hint I need assistance, they are there to help". I think you can ask for no better feedback from a resident.
The staff are not very welcoming and are unhelpful. They did not respond in a timely manner to residents and feel they are very much stretched and do not have enough staff. I would not recommend this home.
I can find no fault with the care home. In fact, they have gone out of their way to help my wife and myself when I have visited.
I cannot find one fault with this home. I had to decide what home my friend of 40 years would be going in. I was lucky to get her in here. With my husband's family and mine having to go into homes I know if a home is good and this one is the best. It is spotless. The staff are helpful and friendly. They always let us know everything that was going on with my friend's wellbeing. They couldn't do enough for us. Absolutely brilliant!
I found Enderby Grange very welcoming from the minute I was greeted by them. All the staff are very cheerful, helpful and made me feel very much at home. I can't thank you all enough. The deputy manager was really good to me and let me do some walking which I hadn't done before, the lack of physio from hospital was terrible. If it hadn't been for her I would still be sitting in a wheelchair, she has given me so much confidence. Thank you and encouragement from everyone was excellent.
Dad has been at Enderby Grange since August 2017 and is very happy there. He is relatively mobile and is able to express his needs. His room is light and airy and he enjoys spending some time there reading and listening to music. The home provides entertainment regularly in the afternoon (music and exercising) the staff are caring and treat residents with respect and dignity.
My mother has been a resident for four months so I have no comments to make about the usage of outside space in the summer. Overall, I am pleased with the care she receives and if I highlight an issue it is dealt with promptly. She has settled down eventually and seems quite happy to be where she is.
