Kirby Grange is a friendly professionally run home. The staff are brilliant and the care provided is excellent. My Mum has been at Kirby Grange for several years. She is at home there and we feel confident that she is receiving the best care and we are kept informed should any issues arise.

Always look to make sure that my Mum is well and looked after. The Care Home looks to put on activities for the residents and invite family and friends to attend. The Christmas Party this year was very enjoyable. Thank you to all the staff that work so hard to make it the best experience possible.

A year after my mother moved into Kirby Grange, we are still impressed by the staff who all go the extra mile. Kirby Grange feels like a real home rather than an institution. All this has made such a difference to Mum's safety and well-being and as family, we can rest easy knowing she is well cared for.

I can't recommend Kirby Grange highly enough. You won't find a more gentle, kind, and safe home for those needing residential care. The newly decorated and furnished lounge is lovely - a welcoming space for residents to chat with their guests over tea and biscuits. A big thank you to the staff of Kirby Grange who arranged so many thoughtful and entertaining events for the residents this Christmas as they do throughout the year.

Mum has been a resident for over 2 years now and is happy and well looked after. Whenever we visit there is always a friendly welcome from everyone. Everywhere is clean and tidy and Mum always looks well, she enjoys having her hair styled.

My aunt has been a resident long-term so the team knows her well and always respects her needs and acts with sensitivity. Her needs are quite complex as her sight, hearing, and mobility are very poor but she is happy with her care. As her next-of-kin, I am always kept advised of any issues relating to her care. I certainly chose Kirby Grange wisely.

Such a kind and friendly home. Every member of staff is so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I have only praise for the kindness and care shown to each and every resident. I leave my auntie after visiting knowing that she is safe and well cared for. I would recommend the home to anyone. Thank you to everyone for their care and hard work.

As soon as you enter Kirby Grange it feels like home. The staff are welcoming. They know their residents' likes/dislikes etc. really well. I am impressed with their attention to detail. The home has recently been decorated inside and out, looks really lovely. Congratulations to all the team for their care and hard work.

Mum has been a resident at Kirby Grange for the past three years. During this time I have only experienced good things about the care home. Both the staff and management are very good and kind. I have no hesitation in recommending Kirby Grange. It is excellent.

The open-door policy that the home has for relatives and friends shows that this is a home with nothing to hide. Staff are friendly and welcoming. They genuinely care about the residents and their families. My relative is new to the home this year and has now settled in well. Settling in took time and they have been patient and understanding. I can relax and not worry knowing my relative is well cared for.

Thank you to everyone who made my Christmas extra special for me by my wonderful visit to a nail bar for a lovely manicure, it was so very kind of the person that spent the time to take me. I so appreciated the gesture and once again, many, many thanks. Special thanks to the manager, she was brilliant.

I would like to thank all the staff for everything you do to help with our mother's care. Not living in the UK has been very difficult for me but I have full confidence in her care. Nothing seems too much trouble. Encouraging her to eat before going to sleep. All those things make a huge difference to her well-being.

My mum has been a resident here for 5 years. I have found the staff very caring and very understanding of my mum's needs. She has dementia and this illness brings its own challenges. I feel they have always been very supportive. I am always contacted straight away if there is a problem. The care home is very clean and welcoming.

All staff are amazing, they all treat my mum with dignity and respect but are friendly and it is obvious that they know her well. The home is always clean and welcoming. I am always informed if there is anything I need to know regarding my mum's care. My mum is very settled there. Thank you Kirby Grange!

The people who run and work at Kirby Grange residential Care Home are absolutely first class. The care and attention to all the residents and families are second to none. They are truly unsung heroes who tirelessly work to make the home the best, I believe, in the area. My husband and I cannot thank the staff enough for the care given to Mum during her final few days of life. We shall continue to go to fetes and events to support the, and the residents. A massive thank you to all.

Lovely team, very professional, friendly, efficient and helpful, doing a great job at this moment of time, with all the pressure that is on the NHS.

After a fall, my friend was poorly quite quickly. A doctor was called and then the paramedics and they decided after contacting me that the best thing to do was keep her in the home and make her comfortable. I was encouraged to visit her which I did and she received wonderful care in her last hours. She was very well cared for and was happy and I believe it was the best thing for her to be in familiar surroundings with people she knew and cared about her.

Kirby Grange staff have cared so well for my mum. She loved it there, loved all the staff and especially the food. In her final moments I can only describe the care she received by the staff as amazing and they looked after and supported us too during this very difficult time.

Mum received the very best level of care and support during her time at the home. Everyone has done a fantastic job especially over the last 2 years during the pandemic. I would very much recommend Kirby Grange to anyone looking for a care home for their loved one.

My friend was very happy and settled at Kirby Grange. She was well looked after, enjoyed the great food. As a next of kin, we felt informed and was looked after by the staff. The home is decorated and presented well. Staff have dealt very well with the pandemic, we could see a strong team hard working.
