View Full Details of Neale Court Care HomeI cannot fault Neale Court. My dad moved there from another care home and the difference was immediately apparent. The resident's lounge is large and welcoming, resembling the lobby of a nice hotel. His en-suite bedroom was spacious and modern. However, it is the staff that makes this home what it is. Nothing was too much trouble and they genuinely care about the residents. My Dad was always treated with dignity and respect. His needs changed dramatically in the short time he was there and they adapted with ease. They were equally caring towards us, his family, allowing us to stay with him in his final days. I must also say that the food was always delicious and nicely presented. I would not hesitate to recommend Neale Court.
Very pleased with the overall care my father is receiving. Staff and management are all very competent in their jobs.
Ever since my dad moved to Neale Court it has felt like home from home. Dad has a lovely room and the communal areas are comfortable and inviting. I'm grateful for the care that Dad is given and I enjoy visiting him in his home at Neale Court.
Having experienced other care homes, I cannot speak highly enough of the management and her team. Dignity and care paramount and each member of staff goes out of their way to deliver fantastic care!
We were reluctant to let Mum go into a home, although the time was right. We looked around several and were most impressed with Neale Court. It was not just the surroundings (which are beautiful) but the warmth of all the staff and the general feel of the home. The staff have not had an easy run with Mum, she can be somewhat challenging. The staff have been great with her. From the manager, carers, kitchen, cleaners and activity ladies (sorry if I missed anyone) have all been fantastic. I would highly recommend it.
My wife moved from another care home, it was like moving from a bad B&B to a five-star hotel. It felt like we had won the lottery. I can't fault the home in any way. Absolutely excellent.
Very impressive standard of care and facilities. Staff pleasant, friendly and helpful. The home has a pleasant feel, and the gardens are nicely kept, and a good place to sit in the warmer months. The catering is also of a high standard.
My very frail Mum came into Neale Court in January. The care and consideration given to Mum have been amazing so far. The food is lovely, Mum gets to choose if she wants a cooked breakfast and loves a bacon sandwich! All the staff I have met so far have been cheerful and understanding of Mum's needs. The room is very bright, airy and kept clean but homely. I honestly can't put into words how happy I am Mum is safe, warm, clean and well cared for.
Neale Court is such a great place for our mum, she is so well looked after, very happy and always says she wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. The whole team always go above and beyond and we are always made very welcome, 100% would recommend Neale Court.
The activities have been great fun, interesting and varied. Animal visits, live music and games. The room has been cleaned. Dad seems happy. Few issues of loss of glasses and personal clothes but this seems standard by all accounts.
Absolutely fantastic home. The residents are so well looked after by fabulous staff in a beautiful setting. There are always activities going on and families are welcome to join in. The actual home is beautifully furnished, it's like a 5-star hotel.
The care home team provided excellent care for our aunt. Great personalised care for all residents. Our first care home experience was less impressive. Neale Court provides care at a good quality level which we would recommend to any family.
I would recommend Neale Court to anyone who needs the care and support. It is a wonderful home, with very friendly staff. Beautiful sitting room, spacious bedrooms and an assortment of healthy meals. My aunt has settled in nicely and is being cared for and encouraged to meet other residents. If I had to go into a care home I would choose this one.
I moved my wife from another care home four months ago. To me, it was like winning the lottery. It was as if I had moved her from a tatty B&B into a five-star hotel. The home is clean, modern and welcoming. The staff are fantastic and always go the extra mile. The food is first class with plenty of choices. I really can't praise it highly enough.
What a fantastic place Neale Court is. My family and I cannot thank the staff highly enough. They are all so caring and nothing is too much trouble. My mum was very happy there and staff treated her as if it was their mum they were caring for. Thank you so much for everything.
Having found Neale Court for mum our worries are no more. It's a lovely, friendly place to be. The staff are always very helpful, and the care given to mum is second to none. We would highly recommend this care home to anyone looking for a safe haven for a family member.
It was so lovely to visit Neale Court again today and to see the incredible changes that have taken place over the last 12 months. It has to be seen to be believed! The new facilities and furnishings are luxury standard and so well planned and finished. The entertainment suite, salon, outdoor terrace and restaurant would rival any hotel. On this one short visit, I was able to capture a real snapshot of everyday life for the residents. There was a tangible air of contentment, pride community and purpose for all - from both staff and residents. Well done to all of the staff who have transformed the facilities and structure of the home to enhance and complement their first class care of their residents. Would highly recommend!
The staff and manager (although I haven't had much to do with the manager) are always friendly and helpful. My friend feels uncomfortable with a male carer in attendance when showering, washing or using the toilet but he still turns up so she turns him away. Apart from that dignity has been shown when my friend has been taken to the toilet whilst I've been there. Her room is quite big and adequately furnished and appointed, but the cleanliness is poor. I often have to wipe the bed/table down with Dettol wipes and 9/10 times the floor needs a good hoover. The bathroom needs a better clean as well. My friend enjoys the food and it is great that the chef sees residents on a daily basis and tried to accommodate residents' preferences. The facilities and activities appear good as do safety and security. I appreciate it is uncomfortable but it would be nice to see staff wearing their masks properly at all times. I can't comment on value for money as I don't know how much it is.
Very welcoming environment. Staff are welcoming, youthful, positive and helpful. The home is well maintained and attractive to any visitor.
My partner's mother spent approximately 6 months at Neale Court before she sadly passed away. We couldn't find any fault within the home or the care provided. The patience and care shown by all the staff is second to none. My mother-in-law's room (or apartment as we called it) was spotlessly clean at all times as was the dining area and recreational areas. The garden is beautiful which has lovely sitting areas also residents are encouraged to keep up with their gardening hobby whilst living here. My partner and myself were always made to feel welcome by the lovely friendly staff as were other family and friends. This year my partner was unfortunately diagnosed with terminal cancer. He said to me that if he needs to spend any time in a care home he would like it to be Neale Court as did his Mum (we'll be calling you if need be). I would highly recommend Neale Court to all family members and friends as I spent 20 years working in care/ and nursing homes, this one is up there at the top of my list.
