Following a period of high staff turnover and fairly average care
quality the new management team have driven a spectacular improvement
and set themselves high standards to ensure this is maintained. The
communication channels have been vastly improved with feedback from
relatives positively encouraged. Issues are dealt with swiftly and with
due consideration of service user needs. Staffing levels have improved
to become a stable working team, allowing users to really get to know
their carers. The actual 'bricks and mortar' facilities are not 5-star
but are effectively utilised and constantly improving.
