View Full Details of Bilton CourtCheese and Wine Evening. A lovely friendly atmosphere. It was very heartwarming to see my mum and other residents enjoying themselves. A great opportunity to get to chat to other residents and their families. Thank you to the staff.
Mum loves her stay at Bilton Court. She feels safe, the food is very good, and she says all I have to do is pull this string and someone comes. She is not very sociable, but there is no pressure for her to mix with other residents, which she appreciates. There is always a warm welcome for us and we are thankful she settled from day one.
My mom loves it here, she was worried about going into a care home but after two days of settling in, she loves it. The staff can't do enough for her, she loves them. We were so lucky we found this place.
All the staff are polite and always very helpful when I go and see my mother. If I have any questions they are there to answer them and it's nice to go up to Bilton Court to see my mother and see lovely people with a smile on their faces.
Due to my husband's advanced dementia and issues with my health, I made the difficult decision to seek a care home placement for him, initially three weeks for the price of two introductory offer, then continuing into a full-time arrangement. From the outset, the staff were wonderfully understanding in relation to our challenging circumstances, from the initial assessment at home (which our daughter dealt with) to the admissions, during early December, to the present time. My husband's room is bright and well-equipped, there are always helpful carers about, health matters and administration are dealt with in a timely and professional manner, visitors are welcomed. I am confident that, in the absence of me being able to care for my husband, he is in a safe and caring place where staff strive to meet his needs.
Chair in Mother's room very grubby, could do with replacing.
My mother has been a resident of Bilton Court since March 2024. She is so pleased to be living there. The care is exemplary, the food is amazing, and she has company, warmth, security and safety 24/7. She says frequently to me that she loves living there, and is so glad not to be living independently anymore. It is her home. The staff from top to bottom are wonderful. The variety of activities are wide-ranging and suitable for all. The facilities are clean and comfortable; I often say it's like a Premier Inn for old folk!
I visited my friend along with his sister-in-law. Security is excellent on entering, everywhere is clean, friendly and bright with all the Christmas decorations. My friend's wife is terminally ill, resulting in him eventually being admitted to Bilton Court. The staff we encountered were caring and respectful and mindful of a little chat which was calming and reassuring. It is a clean, homely environment. My friend enjoys his food. There were two carers who I feel shone.
Just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone involved in looking after Mum during her last year. There were times when you had to go the extra mile but she appreciated that and used to tell us how kind everyone was and how well she was looked after. For that, I will be forever grateful. My husband and I send our best wishes to all and our heartfelt thanks.
Very happy with the care my mum was given. All the staff were very friendly and considerate. My only complaint would be that she wasn't reminded to have a bath in her time there.
Mum only moved into Bilton Court Care Home on 2nd December 2024, she is loving living there and all there and all the carers that I have met so far are lovely and really seem to care for Mum. So far, we are all very impressed with the level of care Mum is getting.
Could not be happy with the care and support Mum is receiving. All the staff are so kind and supportive.
On visiting Bilton Court you receive a friendly welcome from staff members. Carers and staff members will always engage in conversation, giving relevant updates to any changes or concerns you may have of your loved one. Any change in medical needs is well-reported and recorded and acted upon. A good range of activities are offered to residents and all are encouraged to join in and are supported.
It is always a pleasant experience to come to Bilton Court. Clean, tidy, friendly environment and happy residents and staff. Cupcakes, excellent!
The experience that I have had of Bilton Court looking after my grandmother is a tremendous one, they have taken care of her every need and always made sure she is well looked after and has everything she needs. The staff are always so caring and considerate, I couldn't thank them enough.
My experience with Bilton Court is brilliant! All of the staff have been amazing. My mum struggled to settle in for the first few weeks and the staff have gone above and beyond to make her happy. I can never thank them enough!
Care assistants offer us a drink which is very nice. Very caring staff towards my Aunt. Overall, pleased with Auntie's care, although she did say someone took a jug of water away yesterday and had not replaced it all day. I went to find a member of staff to rectify this.
My mum is well looked after at the care home and has settled in well. The staff all seem friendly and helpful and will ring me up if they have a query with anything or if mum has a fall, they will always let me know. The security is good and staff let us in and out, although sometimes when staff are busy, especially weekends and evenings, you can wait to be let in from outside for about 10 minutes sometimes, but understand it keeps patients safe, but would be good to know pin number for exit to avoid interrupting staff. Overall very happy we chose this care home.
The staff are very caring and friendly. Various activities are held day-to-day, and meals are well balanced and good variety. A lovely care home overall and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone.
Mum has been a resident at Bilton Court for approx 4 1/2 years. During that time her care has always been of the highest standard. All of the staff are dedicated, patient and caring. Mum sadly passed away at Bilton Court as she wanted to be in her own surrounds at the end. Again, the gentleness with which she was treated was amazing, but the staff also looked after my sisters and me during those last days. An amazing home with amazing staff. Thank you.
