I have been a resident of Copper Beeches since May 2022. Overall, I am very satisfied with my care. I have Parkinson's; therefore, my mobility is limited, and the staff understand my condition and the importance of medication timing. The only thing I am not totally happy with is the variety of times the staff get me up in the mornings, any time between 8 and 10? Generally, the staff are very good.

The turnover of staff is worrying. Hopefully, new management might help. As a daughter of a wonderful 100-year-old lady, I have concerns that the central heating is not working. My other concern is no communication. I need to be informed when there are any problems with mum, not after an event.

Mum has been a resident now for six months. The care she receives is consistently good. She has a lovely room, and when receiving personal care, she is treated with dignity and kindness. The staff work well as a team and communicate with the family. Mum enjoys all the food, stating it is tasty and varied. The home offers activities which help Mum's dexterity. Overall, a well-run home with excellent care.
