View Full Details of Jubilee Court Care Home with NursingAlthough my cousin was reluctant to consider a move to a care home, she agreed to move into Jubilee Court Care Home with Nursing after we managed to secure her a place. It is a lovely place with kind and helpful staff catering for all of the needs of the residents staying there. They were extremely helpful when we initially were looking at where my cousin could go and made her transition from the hospital to the home seamless. Now my cousin is happy, safe and being well cared for. We could not ask for more.
We are very happy with the care given to my mum who has Alzheimer's. The transition from living at home with carers into full time care has been made easier by the hard work of all staff and my mum has settled well. Staff are caring, polite, helpful and dedicated. The range of activities is very impressive and I feel this really helps mum. She is always kept busy and families are invited to join in and encouraged to share experiences to make more valuable memories together.
My father needed to be moved to a nursing home rather than residential home due to his progressing dementia needs. I found the sister nursing home to the residential home he was already in and the transition was brilliant. The staff have been patient and understanding whilst settling him in to his new home. He is treated with dignity, care, empathy and respect. They also have a laugh and joke with him when he is in the right mindset. He is gently encouraged with all aspects of living there whether it be to join in with activities to getting him to eat. The nurses are on the ball in informing me should there be any concerns and happy to update me whether by telephone when I ring or if I go and visit. I know if for any reason I am not able to visit, my father is well cared for and my mind is at ease. Thank you Jubilee Court.
We are very pleased with the care offered to mum. All staff, including cleaning staff, are very willing to help when asked. Staff are approachable and friendly. Mum has settled well in a short time. Her room is clean and there are en-suite washing facilities.
Jubilee Court is a lovely care home. The staff are friendly and always keep us up to date with anything we need to know. It has given us peace of mind to know that my mother in law is being taken care of.
My mother has lived at Jubilee Court Care Home with Nursing since January 2019. It has been, and continues to be, a wonderful home for her. The care and attention from the staff is exceptional and, right from the beginning, they treated my mum with dignity and respect. My mum has advanced Alzheimer's and knowing she is living in a home where she gets personal connection and care is invaluable to all the family. We have always been kept very well informed both about events at the home in general and especially about my mum. The rooms are kept so comfortable, warm and clean and my mum is able to have her pictures and trinkets from home all around her. We are very fortunate to have found Jubilee as a home for our beloved mother.
My dad has lived at a Jubilee Court Care Home with Nursing since November 2020. The care received has been second to non from the nurses on his unit and the care staff. If we have any issues, we address them as they arise - there have been occasional issues with agency nurses at night but I understand there are now permanent night staff. The regular staff, nurses, carers and cleaning staff are welcoming and friendly and are now like part of our extended family. Dad now calls Jubilee Court his home - he is currently an in patient at hospital and has been singing your praises to all the doctors, nurses and carers on the ward and can't wait to get home. Mum, my sister and I cannot thank you all enough - you are all amazing I can not rate activities as dad can not participate due to his physical limitations. This is no reflection on the activity coordinator - if Dad can ever be included he is, for example taken a cream tea to his room if it's an occasion when she is organising cream teas.
I have a very dear friend who has been living at Jubilee Court Care Home since July 2023 when diagnosed with Vascular Dementia and following a stroke. I am now also power of attorney for her as her husband has sadly passed away this year and can honestly say the staff have been absolutely amazing since day one and genuinely care about her and the other residents. The home is spotless, has a very upbeat atmosphere from the office staff and the care staff. Absolutely nothing is too much bother for them whether it is from me or my friend and we are both made to feel as part of the family. They put on activities and outings for the residents able to participate in them and keep those not so fortunate very stimulated by spending quality time with them. I have regular communications with the home and feel a real connection with them all. Thank you.
The level of care my aunt receives is second to none . The staff always go above and beyond and for any issues, I am notified immediately. The managers really do care about the residents and will do all they can to make the place their home. Jubilee ticks all the boxes.
Mum had been at Jubilee Court for a year before sadly passing away. We could not have wished for a better place for Mum in that last year of her life. We were all looked after and supported and Mum's every need was attended to with love and care. The staff at Jubilee Court didn't just look after Mum but we all have, it's a very difficult decision to let others care for your loved one. However, we knew instantly we had made the right choice and now we feel part of the Jubilee family and vice versa. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and management and we were always made to feel welcome day and night. Mum was able to take part in lots of fun activities to keep her stimulated and the family and friends events were absolutely wonderful. There is a real connection at Jubilee with the staff. We cannot thank Jubilee Court enough for everything they have done for our mum and for their expertise, professionalism, respect, love, support, time, and care.
My wife spent a year in Jubilee Court after hospital discharge, from March 2023 to March 2024, when unfortunately she passed away, during this time she received excellent care from carers/ nurses and all other staff members, she was always included in the wide range of activities that she could manage, I visited nearly every day so witnessed the care that she and other residents received, the staff became family friends, at the time of her passing the management and all staff were very supportive of myself and family, and quite a few of them attended her funeral, Thank you Jubilee Court!
Mum sadly passed away in March 2024 after living at Jubilee for nearly 4 years. Whilst on the whole Mum's care was good, and some staff were exceptional in their care. I do feel slightly let down by the management. I have not had contact with the manager since prior to Mum's passing, and I just think that it would have been a nice gesture to receive an email (or even a card) expressing their condolences. A generic email template is easy to set up after all! Maybe a thought for future residents' families?
My wife has only been in Jubilee Court from 22/1/24. The care she has had is very good, excellent is very close, as we have only been there two months we are very pleased with all the staff. The change in my wife is beyond what we were getting at the other care home as they would tell my standards are very high. We have not been let down up to now. Words can not say enough about all the staff, we have seen how a care home should be run.
I was invited to take part in the strawberry tea afternoon event. I was made to feel very welcome and saw that all users are made to feel like family. Very well respected, great atmosphere, is treated with dignity, and is truly respectful by all visitors. Fabulous day out with the happy residents afternoon thank you. Fantastic staff reports all around. Marvelous establishment, well well-run facility, and extremely clean.
I visited my friend, a very nice greeting on arrival from the reception staff. Lovely atmosphere in the home. It was a very pleasant visit. Thank you. Any staff member I had a chance to chat with was lovely, helpful and friendly.
Enjoy being here.
The staff at Jubilee Court are excellent. They always listen to our concerns and comments about my mother's care and they always respond efficiently and effectively. Since being a resident at Jubilee Court my mum has been settled and happy, she always enjoys the outings that are arranged and she thoroughly enjoys the food. Thank you.
I love the outings and all activities.
I can not fault Jubilee Court, they have provided first-class care to my father-in-law, the staff and nurses are absolutely lovely and can’t do enough for my father-in-law, a truly caring environment, it is good to know that he is in safe hands.
My start point. It is next to "impossible" for any individual or institution to be "perfect" when faced with the task of caring for other human beings with such a diversity of general needs and immediately to each and every on of their personal, real or perceived, crises and fears. My markings below reflect this view. My wife was admitted into Jubilee Court in December 2022 effectively via hospital discharge. Her condition alarmed me and I feared for her survival. Nine months later her health and welfare condition is amazing and I am completely satisfied this state of affairs is due entirely to the generally excellent medical and personal care she is receiving in the best possible surroundings. My conscience - "she is in best possible place."
