My time at New Lane was a very crucial point in my life and was the perfect place for me to be, to help me recover and get back on my feet. The staff were extraordinary and I can not thank them enough for their persistent but not forceful help. I felt very safe there and felt like I could talk to staff any time I needed to and did on many occasions and those chats are the ones that would get me through my time there. The environment was so lovely and welcoming and very inclusive. I don't know where I'd be right now if it not for my time here and the wonderful staff who took great care of me and went above and beyond to help me through the darkest time in my life. Thank you so so much!

I am so grateful I stayed, especially to my carer, without whom I would not have attended. I was so paranoid when she picked me up. You have quite literally saved my life and my husband's life. I trust, admire and respect you all. I will never touch illegal substances again.
