View Full Details of Maple Lodge Care CentreMy precious mum has been really looked after since her stay in March 2023. The care team, cleaners, manager and kitchen staff are all amazing and caring. Nothing is ever too much trouble, very helpful, happy and smiling on every visit, all staff are very supportive. We could not have chosen a better place for our to be in. The housekeeping is outstanding, the place is spotless.
Very happy with the care of my mum-in-law. Very helpful and caring staff.
I am pleased with the care for my father. Staff are caring and conscientious in all that they do. Everyone is polite and welcoming. The manager runs the home well. Rooms are dated and small but functional. Overall, I feel at ease my father is safe and being looked after. Thank you.
The manager and staff are brilliant and caring.
My dad has been resident here since March 2023 and is well cared for. The staff are really friendly and helpful and it’s always well staffed. We have noticed a huge difference in my Dad and more importantly, he seems really happy to be living here.
Mum has just spent time at Maple Lodt for a respite break. She was welcomed with open arms and smiling faces by management and staff. She settled in very quickly. The care and support were amazing, and nothing was a problem, and they all made us feel like part of the family. Will defiantly be returning in the future for another respite break. Thank you, all.
The staff are out of this world. Extremely satisfied with the care Mum is receiving. Mum is eating better, and has activities with the other residents. I am very pleased we found the best care a parent should receive.
Very well cared for. Management and staff are excellent. Well-organised, clean home. Will be our first point of call for respite in the future. Thank you.
I am extremely satisfied with the care my mum is receiving. She has a lot of care from the caregivers. The staff are super attentive to her needs.
My mum has been in Maple Lodge for five years and I have had some issues over the years but in the month of February this year the Manager has taken on a new member of staff and she goes above and beyond to help me with mum. Such a lovely caring helpful member of staff.
My mother has been a resident at Maple Lodge for nine months. She receives excellent quality care. The whole team from the manager to carers, cleaners, cooks (the food is great) are the best.
I was so delighted to place my mother at Maple Lodge. It was 100x better than her previous care home. The staff are very kind and engaging and clearly enjoy their jobs there. My mum has settled in very quickly and has been making friends. There is always something going on, sometimes karaoke, playing games, watching TV or bingo. The manager is very nice and communicative. Visiting hours are long, and visitors are always welcome.
This is my mum's third respite stay and as always she has been given care of a high standard by all staff. Nothing is ever a problem. My mum has just said she has been given star treatment.
My sister has only been at Maple Lodge Care Centre for a few weeks but she seems to have adjusted and settled in!
Mum went to Maple Lodge initially for respite and to see if she would enjoy living there long-term. She settled in quickly and was very happy, much to our relief as we were anxious about her living in a care setting, Mum took seriously ill and was in hospital. She returned to Maple Lodge and receives additional care now. I have nothing but praise for every member of staff who all show kindness and compassion to Mum and to myself and family. Staff treat Mum as one of their own family and they are like extended family to Mum and us.
On visiting the care home, the staff are always very polite and courteous and always helpful. My mother has no problems with the care home and Mum is looked after very well.
Putting my mum into a care home is one of the hardest decisions I've had to make, but after visiting Maple Lodge for the first time, it totally put my mind at ease. The home is lovely and staff have been wonderful, my mum settled in almost straight away and seeing her happy again put any doubts I had right out of my mind.
All the staff are caring and helpful and really put my mind at rest that my mum is being looked after very well.
My mother needed care after an extended hospital stay. At the time we received little help or guidance from the hospital or social services. We visited Maple Lodge without appointment as it was local and were welcomed by the manager who was open, honest, gave us a tour and offered lots of helpful advice. Mum transferred to Maple Lodge and was welcomed and cared for above and beyond. All the staff are caring and take a real interest in the residents. Her needs were quite complex and we felt the care team did everything they could. Her health deteriorated despite the best efforts of the care team to support her needs and encourage her to eat. They showed real concern for both her and our family with staff staying beyond the end of their shift to wait with us for an ambulance to be sure she was okay. They stayed in contact with us whilst Mum was in hospital and assisted in helping find nursing care for her when she was discharged as her needs had increased further.
Well looked after ad care. My wife took ill and needed the emergency services, the staff were 1st class and gave my wife professional care and help before her hospital journey.
