My father has been a resident in the home for six years, throughout this time he has received, constant care and attention, all with kindness and affection. If he hadn’t been living here I don’t think he would be with us at ninety-four years of age.

My father has been in Dalemain House for approximately 6 months and we both would be happy to recommend as an assisted living facility. I rate the care for my dad, and the way his issues were communicated to me as excellent.

I highly recommend Dalemain House. Since my ex-husband was accepted there I have seen only kindness, patience and resident-centred practice. There is a friendly atmosphere with staff really engaging with residents to bring the best out of them according to their abilities. Communication is very good and the management is very honest in their dealings about any problems. The home is clean and bright and very comfortable and the food is excellent. I have every confidence in them to do the right thing for my ex-husband which gives me great peace of mind as I know he is well looked after and safe.

We feel very fortunate to have selected Dalemain House for my Aunt. The staff are very nice and the home is clean and welcoming. My Aunt is looked after extremely well and treated with respect and dignity.
