My aunt has been a temporary resident here since August and appears to be as settled as someone with dementia can be. Initially, we were concerned as the home itself is old and in need of an upgrade but the staff are lovely with my aunt and are approachable and have listened to and acted upon any concerns I have had. This more than makes up for the surroundings. They often have activities going on for the residents that I have observed on visits and I like the way they take the time to listen to and interact with the residents.

Hillgrove has a warm, friendly atmosphere. The staff are efficient, helpful and caring. The rooms an communal areas are kept spotless. The food is tasty and nutritious. We are very pleased we chose this home for our relative.

My aunt has been here for several months now, and the home has been amazing at supporting her needs. They are very welcoming to all of my family when we visit.
