The home provided a safe and welcoming environment for my dad. The carers were wonderful and obviously thought a lot of my dad. He always seemed happy and content at the home whenever we visited.
My mother has been at Beech Grove for two years now and the care she receives is very good. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and always have a smile and make me feel very welcome when I visit. A few members of our family came to visit Mum just before Christmas and a puppy and small children. They went out of their way to accommodate us and made us so welcome it was lovely and made Mum's Christmas very special. I am very happy with the care my mother receives. A very happy home with lovely caring staff.
My father has only been a resident for a couple of weeks but the staff have been extremely kind, efficient and caring during this stressful time.
One of the better homes out there. Staff are very friendly and treat their residents with care and compassion. The staff keeps you informed of any changes in a timely and regular manner. The rooms are neat, tidy and clean. There always appear to be activities both inside and outside the home to keep the residents stimulated. Obviously, not all the residents will participate but the opportunities are there if wanted. My mother has been there for almost a year and she has enjoyed being there. She has very good relationships with the staff and enjoys most of the activities. She has her hair done regularly which boosts her self-esteem as well as trips to cafes and restaurants. Compared to her previous home, this is a marked improvement in how she is being cared for so I'm very happy with her current care. I would highly recommend this home if you have a relative who requires residential accommodation and one that offers a humanistic approach to each person who lives there.
My mother has been a resident at Beech Grove for almost two years and has settled in completely. The staff are hard-working, caring and friendly. My mother is content, safe and could not be in better hands. I am more than happy to recommend Beech Grove to anyone who would need its services.
Very caring and friendly home. It is well managed and staff are helpful under approachable. Would recommend Beech Grove without hesitation.

The staff at Beech Grove are doing a very good job caring for my mother's needs at a difficult stage in her life. Nothing is too much trouble, and any concerns raised are dealt with compassionately and efficiently. My mother is happy in the home, the food is good, and the staff interact well with her. The staff make every effort to keep the residents entertained during the day and regularly organise events for those who are able to participate. The manager at Beech Grove is a very caring person by nature and is very easy to approach, and the administration side of the home is very informative and efficient. My family and I are happy that Mum is in the right place; she was unhappy before moving into Beech Grove.
When I visit my uncle I always find him happy and contented. The staff are always kind and he is obviously very fond of them. He enjoys the food and it's good to see that he has put weight on and looks really well. He tells me how much he enjoys being in the home and considering I don't live locally I am given peace of mind.
Kind, friendly, warm staff who are caring and have my mum's wellbeing at the heart of the provision. Range of trips, activities and worthwhile visits available throughout. Family environment with bespoke wrap-around care.
Extremely happy with the care my wife is receiving. From day one she settled into such a friendly environment. All the staff are excellent, always welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. While she's been a resident my wife's been on numerous trips out to the local cinema, local market place, out for lunch, and church. This has helped to keep her active.
My mum was at Beech Grove for approximately 18 months. She passed away quietly and with dignity in April last year. Our experience started during Covid restrictions and the staff was fantastic. They kept us well-informed and helped us with long-distance video calls and window visits. We were always made to feel very welcome and they treated my sisters and me with great kindness and thoughtfulness and lots of tea! Thank you.
My mum was always treated with love and respect, I always felt I was going to my mum's home, not a care home. Laughter can always be heard, not laughing at people but with people. I felt Mum was living with an extended family. Mum passed away on 25/1/23, and the treatment she received in her final days was nothing short of wonderful. The treatment we, the family, received was far beyond what money can buy. All the staff at Beech Grove are nothing short of fantastic. Thank you.
My friend's mum has been living at Beech Grove for approx 3 years and has received the best of care. The staff are warm and friendly and the level of care they deliver is of a very high standard. They have managed Covid-19 exceptionally well and deserve recognition for their hard work, care and tenacity in such difficult times. I visited on Thursday 22nd July 2021 and was so pleased to see how well my friend's mum is being cared for; something she herself commented on. Thanks to everyone there for the care and attention you provide for this lovely lady and for all your Residents.
