My mum has just passed away after being in the home for eight years with dementia. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care that they gave her. Everywhere was always clean and inviting, and you could visit anytime.

Extremely friendly and welcoming home. Everyone made Mum very welcome and supported her whilst settling into her new room. They listen and answer any questions I have had and provide care and reassurance. Would highly recommend.

This is our first visit. It is lovely and clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming. My friend is comfortable and is enjoying the food.

The care provided to my mother in the last few weeks of her life was exemplary. She was treated gently and with dignity and I really felt the staff cared about her. It certainly helped us as her family to deal with a difficult situation.

The carers at Jasmine Court are friendly and attentive and treat residents and their families with respect and dignity. The staff are caring and spend lots of time getting to know the residents on a personal level. The management team are hands-on and proactive with any bright, spacious, comfortable with adequate cleaning on a regular basis. Thank you all at Jasmine Court for making our experience welcoming.

Our uncle has dementia and has been very well looked after at Jasmine Court. He is not an easy person to settle but staff have been very patient and understanding with him. He was unkempt when he arrived however within a few days he had a haircut and beard trim and now looks like a different person. Thank you to all staff for their help.

Mother-in-law has been here just over one month now, and the staff have been very kind to her and enabled her to regain some dignity, which was so lacking at home. The room is very clean, the laundry is done regularly, and she is settling in well. She was taken ill a couple of weeks ago, and staff acted promptly and safely to get her the medical attention she needed.

our brother has been in Jasmine Court for just over a week and I'm so happy to say the improvement is definitely getting better day by day. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. Making the decision to come to the care home has been a very difficult one, however, myself and sister feel happier knowing our brother has the care he needs right now. Thank you so much.

I am so grateful for the care my mum gets in Jasmine Court. She is so well looked after. Every time I visit I am struck by how lovely and bright and well-organised everything is. The staff are very skilled, patient and kind.

Staff in the office are very reassuring and helpful. Staff on the unit are very helpful and also very reassuring, nothing seems too much trouble. Jasmine Court Residential Care Home is comfortable, airy and bright. I always feel my dad is in the right place with the right care. I would not hesitate in recommending.

My father recently passed away at Jasmine Court Residential. The care he got by all the staff was excellent. They were all kind and caring and couldn't do enough for him. Especially towards the end of his life.

What can I say, except a very, very big thank you to the manager and staff for the most welcoming and professional service given to us on the day my father-in-law moved into Jasmine Court. We asked at the last minute if we could have something to eat with him, and this was no problem. The chef was brilliant - asked if we had allergies etc, and the food was hot and fresh - well done. After 30 years of being in sheltered housing, 12 of these years alone, I found that only one day of being in care far outweighed the 12 years with regard to the time and effort given by the staff at Jasmine Court. Thank you so very much.

My grandma always seems very happy and relaxed when I visit her here and seems well looked after. Staff are friendly and approachable.

My wife is quite happy in Jasmine Court Residential until I take her out for the day then she says "I don't want to go back there". Very clingy when I drop her off and I have to be devious to escape.

Mum came in September 2022 after a very quick look around. The home just felt right. Room are stunning. Care has been good. Staff are lovely. Food very good. Clean and tidy rooms. Mum was as happy as she could be. Would highly recommend the home.
