My experience of Coote Lane Residential Home is of the highest standard. My husband has had two weeks respite and been very happy here. I have had a well earned rest and re-charged my energy. Thank you to everyone.

The home smells lovely and it is clean. The staff are very caring and very welcoming. My Mum felt very safe immediately and her words were "Don't move me from here". The deputy manager was very professional and thorough.

Me and our family would like to thank the entire staff team for providing the best love, care, and support for our Mother, and all our family. Every effort was made by all the staff. It's truly an amazing place.

We visited eight homes before deciding on this. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We were happy with everything, and my husband enjoyed his stay. That meant I had a break with a happy feeling. I would recommend this home to everyone and anyone. Residents are treated like a five-star hotel. Full marks to management and staff. Thank you very much. You are simply the best.

The entire staff at Coote Lane Care Home were fantastic with Mum throughout her 10-month stay, especially her end-of-life care where staff went above and beyond to make her comfortable. The love shown to me by everyone there since Mum passed has been second to none too. I have made a lot of new friends at the home and I intend to still visit on a regular basis.

I was very apprehensive about my grandma moving into a care home, from the very first day we settled her in it felt like 'home'. The staff are all lovely, they always go out of their way for you and make you feel welcome. The outdoor area is fantastic, especially getting to feed the sheep! Grandma has gone from strength to strength. She's happy and we get quality time with her now which we struggled to get before due to us doing the caring side. Thank you so much to all the staff at Coote Lane Residential Home. I would 100% recommend this home.

My mother has been a resident at Coote Lane for over 3 years and has received the most wonderful care. The staff always adapted quickly to her deteriorating dementia, treating her with kindness and dignity. The home is always spotlessly clean, homely and welcoming. Every single member of staff has a smile on their face and is always happy and always eager to help or just have a chat. There is a real family feel at Coote Lane. Sadly Mum had to leave recently purely because her needs changed and so needs a higher level of care but I would not hesitate in recommending Coote Lane. I just wish Mum could have stayed.

My mum was so well looked after whilst in Coote Lane Residential Home. I called in to see the residents and staff and as usual, I was made so welcome. The home was decorated for the King's coronation and it was lovely chatting with Mum's friends and carers.

I reviewed Coote Lane Residential Home very shortly after Mum had moved in following a terrible experience at another care home. Now 12 months down the line I feel able to give a more knowledgeable review based on our experience over the last year. In my opinion, it is a ‘home’ in every sense of the word. It’s enormously difficult to make a care facility into a ‘home’ but I believe it has been achieved here. I am constantly impressed by the commitment and resilience of the management team and staff who go beyond expectations to keep the residents safe, happy and content. The only thing that disappoints me is the fact that the CQC rated Coote Lane with a ‘requires improvement’ just as the new management team had started in June 2021. In fairness, this needs updating to truly reflect the incredible work being done. It may mislead potential customers which is unfair. It was recommended to us otherwise we would have been reluctant to view it based on the CQC report. I’m so glad we were introduced to Coote Lane.

It’s lovely arriving in Coote Lane Residential Home, the home is warm and inviting, the staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s evident how much the staff care about the residents which is extremely comforting. Even when our granny is being asked what she’d like for tea, the staff interact with her in such a gentle and genuine way. We love seeing pictures of our granny on the wall enjoying activities and crafts - we’re so happy knowing she has access to such consistent, kind care. Thank you so much for looking after her.

Staff are always helpful and friendly and look after residents very well. We are made welcome and encouraged to visit whenever we want - not the case in Dad's previous care home. Can't fault the way Dad is cared for and would recommend this home.

My experince of my mother being in the care home is very positive. The manager and staff are extremely positive and upbeat. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum's bedroom is very nice and always kept tidy. It is kept to a very high standard, and we are very pleased. I am concerned about the price of the care. This is my only issue.

Very apprehensive about my 99-year-old dad going into care after a bad fall, but I needn't have worried. From day one all the staff and especially the manageress made a positive impact on me and more importantly took over the role of caring and keeping my dad safe. After a few teething problems (created by my dad, not the wonderful staff), he has settled in very nicely and looks extremely well. it is a pleasure to visit any time as there is no restriction and I am made to feel welcome, every time I walk through the door. I am so grateful to all the staff. Thank you so much, you have lifted the guilt I feel, as I cannot fault the care you are giving my dad.

Can't thank the staff enough for looking after Mum, especially as she is now bedridden. The care has been wonderful, and the staff have been very caring about Mum's needs. I am always made to feel very welcome when I visit. The home is very lucky to have her at the hem; she is an excellent manager.

When I visit my mum in Coote Lane Residential Home she is always happy and well looked after. I find the staff very friendly and always willing to help. All Mum's needs are well met.

It’s lovely arriving in Coote Lane Residential Home, the home is warm and inviting, the staff are friendly and accommodating. It’s evident how much the staff care about the residents which is extremely comforting.
