My mum has been on the rehabilitation side of Dolphinlee, since January 2020 and is now a permanent resident there. Every member of staff in this establishment has been very caring and attentive to her needs. This establishment is well run by the management and the staff. I personally would say the CQC need to update their page and listen to people who have family members there. I personally would give this a 5 star in every way, no one is perfect but I can honestly say this care home would be highly recommended to anyone by us. Thank you all for the care and attention you give to not only my mum but all the residents. This care home is clean and caring 100% thanks. We visit this regularly, and it is always clean.

Very caring home. My father just died, end of life care couldn't be better. Would recommend this care home to everyone, father been happy here for the last 4 years.
