Since my mom has been at Fleetwood Hall she has been happy and content. I therefore have peace of mind she is safe in her home environment. The care afforded to her is excellent and it is evident that her basic needs are catered for. The staff have a great understanding of her care needs, evident both on a practical basis and with her care plan. I am blessed that Mum is in a care home, that has a high standard of care and therefore the staff here should be commended for this as they define the ethos of a high standard of care, treating residents with both dignity and respect.

Cannot thank management and staff enough for the care, support and dignity they take so much care of my mum.

I visit the home 3 times a week as my auntie is a resident. The staff are extremely competent and observant and tend to her often difficult needs.

My mum is settled and cared for quite well. Although she can often be over looked when trips out are being organised. It seems to be the same residents who go on the trips each time.

My mum had to come into care in 2023 as she had been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Dementia as we could no longer keep her safe in her own home. The care she receives is excellent the carers have so much patience with her especially when she is having a bad day. Their care also extends to me making sure I am okay when I have a difficult visit.

Fleetwood Hall have been brilliant looking after my dad couldn't have been anywhere better. The staff are so caring and helpful.

Excellent care home. Staff very friendly and helpful. Always a warm welcome when visiting the care home. The staff go above an beyond care duties they are a credit to the home. Would definitely recommend them.

Can't fault this care home. The staff are amazing at their job and really friendly. rooms are always clean and tidy. Would highly recommend this care home.

Care is very professional and has been at all times

The premises feel bright, airy and spacious but still retain a homely feeling. It also smells fresh and clean. The en-suite facilities mean that privacy is easy to maintain. The management team were very understanding and accommodating during delays to mum's entry to the home caused by ineffective hospital discharge processes. Mum was still rather poorly when she entered Fleetwood Hall but the team took on the responsibility for getting her better. I visit regularly and almost each time a member of staff has updated me on mums progress before I've even got to her. All of the staff are friendly and courteous to residents and family and within the constraints of their workload take the time to talk. I'm impressed calmness they display. As proof of the pudding, mum has regained weight, is eating well and looks far less frail compared with when she arrived.

My uncle has progressed remarkably since being in Fleetwood Halls, so much so he is now well enough to return home within the next month or so. The staff and management have Been brilliant with him and I seriously don't think he would be at the stage he is now if it wasn't for their help and commitment. We know exactly where to turn to should we ever require this type of service again down the road. I think my uncle will miss everyone as much as he'll be missed.

The staff have been excellent in welcoming mum and stepdad into residential care. Stepdad's health deteriorated and the home managed this very well. The support for mum when he passed was superb. Lovely people, and a great environment.

Mum has been with the home for a few months now, sadly her health has deteriorated. I am thankful to the staff who are looking after her with patience and kindness. Fleetwood Hall is a warm, welcoming place, and all the staff are very friendly, cheerful, helpful and very professional in the care they give.

My friend was admitted for nine weeks for safety reasons as she kept falling at home. The staff were wonderful and my friend was soon into the swing of things. My friend's health deteriorated and she became able to do less and less but the staff and the other residents were all brilliant. As she got to the end of her life, the staff were there for me too. I can't thank them enough.

On the occasions I have visited my relatives, there always seems to be a happy atmosphere in the home and I feel that they are well cared for. Lots of activities, entertainment or outings are available to the residents who are able/inclined to take part which enriches their stay. The staff appear to be hard-working and friendly and do their best to support those in their care who have a wide variety of needs.

The staff cannot do enough for you. Since arriving, Mum has started to settle in despite the huge adjustment. We've been so pleased with the way they have responded to our numerous requests and as a family we feel relieved that Mum will be cared for. Any teething problems have been dealt with swiftly.

My father was only in Fleetwood Hall Care Home for a short space of time before he passed away. The care and attention he received was excellent. He was treated with the utmost kindness and respect by all the staff and, as his family, we also felt very well supported through a difficult time. Thank you.

The care home is filled with love and dedication to the patients that they are looking after. There isn't an issue too big or small that they won't help you with or solve. All carers take time out of their busy schedules to connect with us family members, making us feel at peace when leaving.

Amazing staff all round. Looked after dad since he's been in here and have no complaints whatsoever all the while dad's been resident. Very professional staff. Dad is well looked after and nothing is too much trouble.
