View Full Details of Haslingden HallThe care my late auntie received was excellent, the staff were so kind to her, nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were so clean, tidy and well looked after. Her words, "I'm so lucky to be her", says it all. I would recommend Haslingden Hall and would like to say how the staff helped so much in a very difficult time for us, as a family.
My cousin was in Haslingden Hall for three months and the level of care and attention she received was outstanding. I can't praise the staff enough and the standard of cleanliness. I would recommend the home to anyone in need of help and care. Top marks.
First visit to Haslingden Hall, the reception staff very professional and helpful. All staff were observed to be smiling, happy and welcoming. Very professional staff. Lovely clean environment. Staff welcomed us, and made us welcome. Looking after my friend well.
Today was the first time I had visited Haslingden Hall to see a friend who was admitted last Friday. I was warmly welcomed by the staff. You bought my friend to sit with me in the Conservatory. A cup of tea and a biscuit was bought for us. Much appreciated. All the residents seemed clean and well cared for. My friend likened the service she received to a star hotel standard. She was so much better than when she was in hospital. I was delighted.
I cannot recommend Haslingden Hall enough, they've loved and cared for my Nan Rosetta Sparrow since the day she arrived at the home. I couldn't have asked for a better place for her to live, she's loved it there. These last few days up until Thursday 8th August they've shown so much compassion and support to me and allowed my Nan to pass away with dignity. I honestly can't thank them enough.
The decision to move Mum into a care home was very emotional for Mum and the family. However, we were soon reassured that Mum was being looked after with respect and dignity. Although it took Mum a while to settle in, she now says how lucky she is to be there and she feels very safe and well looked after. A big thank you to all the staff.
The staff are very helpful and friendly, and approachable, they all work hard and definitely make a difference for my uncle who is a resident.
My mum has been a resident at Haslingden Hall for a number of years due to dementia. The staff are friendly helpful and are genuine people, who undertake all Mum's care needs with care and compassion. There is always a warm welcome when I visit and Mum is always beautifully dressed, hair done when I arrive on Sundays to take her home for the afternoon. Her room is kept neat tidy and very clean as the domestic staff great pride in their work. I know Mum feels safe and secure as her face lights up when she sees the members of staff who look after her. The staff ensure that Mum takes part in all activities and posts pictures of her, which are important as family that live overseas can see Mum is safe, happy and enjoying herself. Management are friendly and helpful and happy to listen to all concerns, and any concerns I have in relation to Mum's health they ensure she is checked by the Advanced Nurse Practitioner. Thank you for the care you give to Mum.
Nice place to stay. Great staff, always very helpful.
The staff are very helpful and friendly. Always approachable. The home is very bright and clean. Very welcoming.
My mum has been a resident in Highfield Hall for almost 6 months. She suffers from Alzheimer's and is on the first floor. She can be quite challenging at times and requires daily reassurance about her situation. I have found all staff to be approachable although sometimes there can be a language barrier but on the whole all staff are very kind and well-mannered and very patient and empathetic towards my mum. All the staff appear to be hard working and are always busy although the staff ratio to patients is far too low.
We were sent here by the Social Services for respite care. We have been made to feel very welcome by all the staff which makes the settling-in period so much easier. The facilities that we have used so far are well resourced and staff are always around to help. Well done everyone - a great start to this new experience. Thank you!
Had a lovely visit with my mum today. She was clean and well dressed. She was sat with other residents and in great spirits. Staff ensured we were okay and happy to share information with us. A lovely family visit.
It is good to see Mum interacting with other people. She also looked really well.
I have been so pleased that my mum is being looked after at Haslingden Hall. Staff have tried so hard to make her happy and are lovely, caring people. She loves the silkie chickens, the bird feeder set up near her window because they know how much she likes to see them. I'm particularly grateful for how they help with her chemotherapy care and are sensitive to her individual needs both physically and mentally. It's been a remarkable time as I have quality time with her secure in the knowledge that she's safe and happy which is an absolute blessing. A huge thank you to all the staff for what they do on a daily basis with love and integrity.
All the staff have been amazing, going above and beyond in order to care for Dad. The medical help organised by Haslingden Hall has been superb. A huge thank you to all the staff - you are all wonderful! As a family, we are so glad that Dad came to you all at Haslingden Hall. Thank you.
The care and attention to both visitors and patients are extremely good. Very comfortable and clean. Could not fault them in any way, from just speaking to them to visiting them. My sister is not an easy patient to deal with, but she is happy, settled and has put a little weight back on after losing a lot. I can only say thank you to them.
My dad was admitted for 28 days of care. I was unsure what I would find. I am able to visit or phone whenever I want to visit nearly every day. I find the staff very caring; they treat the residents like human beings (excellent). The staff answered any questions you ask (very helpful). Lovely and clean, well looked after. I would recommend this care home to anyone, even for a short period of a long period of time. The staff are brilliant 120%. I recommend all the staff at Haslingden Hall.
I found all the staff whatever their role very kind, helpful and considerate and always with a smile.
My mother has recently moved into Haslingden Hall. She had not accepted that she needs residential care and we were expecting her to be resistant. The staff and I planned and rehearsed her arrival down to the last detail to make it as gentle as possible. Their confidence and professionalism really helped us feel that we were in safe hands. On the day, Mum’s arrival went seamlessly and she never appeared uncomfortable or distressed. She is now settling in, eating well and already starting to socialize with the other residents. We are told that she is smiling and even laughing at times. It's early days of course but we feel so far that we made an excellent decision to move Mum into Haslingden Hall. I realize that it is one of the more expensive homes in the area, but the expertise of the staff is worth paying for.
